Have been there twice with my sister-in-law and both times have been great! The first time she bought a great dress but went back because she was having second thoughts. The stylists are all so understanding and seem like they truly care and want you to have the right dress. I am so glad we went to Sophia’s! I went to Sophia’s yesterday to look for my wedding dress and after many many dresses I found the one! I have tried a lot of stores and boutiques around the Indy area for months now and a friend recommended this place to me and I thought I would try it out! I was welcomed by Ericka and Mimosas. She let me pick out which dresses I liked first and helped me try them on, listened to my likes and dislikes. After that round of dresses I didn’t like, she pulled a few dresses that I would have never picked out for myself. She was also very respectful of my budget. I actually said YES to the dress to one of the dresses she picked out for me! Like I said, I would have never picked it out for myself.

Right away she knew what I liked and what I didn’t and even though I tried on so many gowns the 3rd dress she and I picked out was the winner ! I could not have picked a better place for my first, AND ONLY, wedding dress appointment! My consultant, Hailey, was absolutely amazing, we connected as soon as I walked through the door! She was patient, honest, and guided me through all the dresses perfectly. She listened carefully to every comment I had about each dress and respected my opinions. She recognized when we needed a break and let us leave and come back to the shop with a fresh mind. Deep down I think she knew which dress was the one even before I did - but she let me come to that on my own. THE dress I found was nothing like what I thought I was looking for and I am grateful for all the help I received in the process! I could not recommend Sophia's enough and I am really excited to go back when my dress comes in! Huge THANK YOU to Hailey and all the Sophia's staff!

Sophia's Bridal, Tux & Prom. Wedding dress shopping was the thing I was most sad about not having my Mom to go with me. All of the girls there made it so laid back and fun for me! And their selection of dresses have such a flare that is different than the dresses I have seen at other stores! There was even a slight mishap with my dress when it came in. But Sarah made sure everything was perfect for me and corrected everything! It was such a fun and laid back experience all around! Zero pressure to "order the dress today!" Just awesome!

I had a fantastic experience at Sophia’s. When I came to my appointment, I thought I had found my dress at the previous shop. When the consultant (she’s amazing, I wish I remember her name!) heard about the other dress, she asked to see a picture and then found another dress that ended up being perfect. She didn’t pressure me at all though to choose the one from Sophia’s, but made me feel comfortable throughout the experience.

I did choose that dress and it came in about five months later (I went in November, dress came in March) and just went to try it on and it is perfect! I was able to take it home with no issues.

My sister had a horrible experience with getting her dress, and I was nervous going into the dress buying experience. However, Sophia’s made it easy and I’m so glad I went there. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

She never pushed or rushed me. She was very professional, but yet so personable as well. I made an appointment last Sunday to simply try on some dresses to get a feel for what I liked. I had it in my head it would take me several appointments to nail down the dress of my dreams. Katie, my consultant, had other plans haha. She was so great throughout my entire appointment. Katie made me feel so comfortable and truly beautiful in my own skin. I ended the appointment by saying yes to the dress. It was such a perfect day, all thanks to Katie and the Sophia's team. Definitely shop here if you're looking for your perfect gown.

Due to a last minute groomsman change, the father of the groom stepped in as a groomsman so that the number of attendants would be even. Unfortunately a week later a bridesmaid had to back out due to an illness. We contacted Sophia’s about a refund on the $135 tux rental. The girl said she would talk to the owner & get back to us. We weren’t expecting the entire amount to be refunded but would have been nice for “some” compensation on a tux that was NEVER going to be picked up or worn. The girl did call us back to inform us NOTHING could be refunded because they had to pay for it to be shipped from Kentucky. That’s quite an expensive shipping charge. Definitely not the customer service I expected from an “upscale” bridal salon.

I truly could not love this place more. I'm so thankful I made an appointment here. My dress budget was a little tight so I was worried I wouldn't be able to find anything but I was so wrong. I found several dresses in my budget that were beautiful. My consultant, Laura, was so sweet. Even when I wasn't sure what I was describing she was able to find dresses that were perfect. She was great about letting me know the price of the dresses in private and would tell me the price of the dress if it was a bit over my budget and it was my choice to try it on or not. At the end of my appointment I thought I had found the dress but I wasn't sure. I am definitely one of those people that needs to try on a million before I really know. I also want to applaud Sohpias because even though the salon was very busy it never felt like my group and I didn't matter. We always felt special! So I scheduled another appointment for later in the week. I tried on my top 3 dresses but something still wasn't right. My consultant that day suggested a sister dress to my favorite and it turned out that it was definitely the dress! I'm so excited to be able to wear the perfect dress on my day. My original consultant, Laura, wasn't working the day I went back which was sad but she mailed me a card saying she was so excited for me and that she was sad she missed the moment. Plus she also mailed our receipt which we forgot in all the excitement. Ha. Thank you so much for everything!

I went to the sample sale knowing for sure what I didn't want and with an open mind. I thought I would have to be ready to be rushed but my consultant Kelsey was very patient with me and didn't make me feel rushed at all. After finding a dress that looked really nice on me but not 100% ready to commit Kelsey found one more gown for me to try. A modified, a line Maggie sottero gown that couldn't have been more perfect if I had designed it myself. It has everything I wanted, flowers, beads, sparkle, tulle, and highlights my figure all without losing that classic bridal feel. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. When my best friend and her bf get engaged we will definitely be back. Thank you guys so much. I tried on dresses at several other places but the quality of dresses and customer service here cannot be beat!

Purchased my dress last November and got married in July. Absolutely loved my Sophia's experience! My mom and bridesmaids came into town and we had a full day of appointments at different boutiques scheduled. Sophia's was our first stop and ended up being our only stop! Alyssa K. was my consultant and we hit it off immediately. I told her what sort of things I was looking for and she totally nailed it in the first dress she showed me. I tried on others but kept going back to the first one. I bought the dress and canceled the appointments at the other boutiques. On follow up visits, everyone at Sophia's was friendly and professional. Walking into Sophia's made me feel like I was walking into the Kleinfeld's of Indy and at a much more affordable price point.

I had THE best experience with Sophia's. I was able to attend their Summer Sale and Bridal Flea Market all in the same day on July 15th. Everyone in my party felt welcome and had a blast! First off, the store is gorgeous and has racks of stunning gowns. Not to mention the fabulous staff who are so supportive. I was lucky enough to have Sarah G. as my consultant and she did an amazing job! I never felt rushed for time, I got to see a wide variety of different styles so I wouldn't feel as if I missed anything, and I found my dream dress! I also had help from the daughter of The Sewing Lady at the shop to help me think about potential alterations for the dress and the pricing for alterations. That was so helpful and was a great idea for Sophia's to have her there that day. If you're brainstorming about where to look for your dress, make sure to try out Sophia's! It exceeded my expectations :)

Wow! I would recommend this place being your first and only stop. Alyssa and everyone there made it so much fun and easy picking out my wedding dress. I brought a group of four and they made everyone feel welcome and let them help pick dresses (which meant a lot - most places won't let you). Alyssa made it extra special and added the magic when it came to deciding on the one! I can't thank Sophia's enough for an evening my family and I won't ever forget. Such a wonderful place!

I had a wonderful time at Sophia's. Since my mom was not with me the first time I tried on dresses, I had to come back a second time before I could make my final decision. They were just as welcoming, excited and helpful the second time as they were the first. I worked with Katie who was AMAZING! I tired on dresses at a few other stores and she was the only sales representative who genuinely tried to make it a positive, fun experience. The thing that impressed me the most is that I was in between 2 dresses. One more expensive than the other. She helped me talk through what I really wanted in a dress and ultimately led to me the less expensive of the dresses. I had tried on that dress at a store much closer to my house as well, but because of Katie's amazing personality and how much she seemed to genuinely care, I knew I had to buy the dress from Sophia's. It ended up being the absolute perfect dress and I could not be happier!

I absolutely LOVED my Sophia’s experience. Such a beautiful store with a welcoming environment. My consultant was the best! I really wish I remembered her name - it started with an L. When I walked in to check in for my appointment she was at the front desk waiting for me. She listened to what I was looking for and looked through my Pinterest with me. She listened very thoughtfully and really understood what I was looking for. I think my only complaint is that all the dresses are so great that I couldn’t choose one that day. After a couple of days of thinking about it I think I’ve finally decided on one dress - which happens to be the very first one she pulled for me after looking at what I loved. I’m going back next week to try it on one more time and officially say yes to the dress! And I cannot wait! Thank you so much!

UPDATE! Went back for my second visit. It was just as wonderful and I said YES TO HE DRESS!!!!!!
