Had an appointment scheduled for Thursday, Darrin calls and cancels stating he can make more money with other jobs and cancels. Poorly run business with poor customer service. Recommend other Sno Way dealers as these guys are uneducated and unprofessional. Save $ shopping elsewhere.

Tillman's is awesome. Billy was the first employee I met, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Bob is awesome as well, knows me by name every time I call or stop by. Every interaction I have had there is favorable. Everything I aim to do with my Dodge, Tillman's will be involved in the process. Tint turned out great and affordable. Going for a leveling kit next, as well as tires. These guys know there stuff and easily share info. Pricing is fair and competitive. Thanks for great service.

Completely unsatisfied. Was looking for a truck cap and they thought they might have one in stock used. They had no clue if it would fit. Was told $200 cash off the books by bob on the phone, even have it recorded. Got there, waited like 30 mins for them to help me. Came out and they dry fitted it. Prefect fit for my needs. Was then told that it would be $300 cash now and I would need another $50 for install equipment. Was told that the owner Mr. Tillman. Changed the price esp since now that they know what truck it goes to. I asked to meet me half way at 250 and Bob told me that they are going to now sale it for $500+. Very dishonest and they don't honor there word. Esp when things are off the book. Bottom line is I needed it and paid the $350.

I plan to do a lot to my truck. It won't be at Tillman's. Taking my business to a honest business.

I hope Mr. Tillman enjoys the tax free cash I put in his pocket today!

While checking out, heard other customers not happy with other services there, beware and Shop elsewhere!

I woke this morning to find a very nice voicemail from Bob at Tillman's. At first, I thought he was going to offer a refund for the difference but then realized he just wanted me to drive it back there, refund my money and then sell it more than what they quoted me the second time. I'm sorry, my time is worth more. I appreciate the phone call but I still stick to my point. I was told one price on the phone and then when I got there was told a different one. Bob posted he said "$200 or so". I just listened to my recorded phone call and it clearly states "$200", there is no "or so". I would think any well run business would honor the price quoted. I feel bad for Bob and Tillman's. I appreciate their reply, phone call and offer, however this is my opinion and my review. I will not trust them nor will I shop there again. It's too bad because I do plan on upgrading my truck and could have seen doing business there or until I was treated the way I was. I mean $100 cash compared to the $1000's I would have spent. There is no need for anymore phone calls or offers. I am satisfied with the used truck shell.

The only way to make this right to me would be to send me the difference of quoted and paid. Question is, is a $100 cash worth the negative post or even time spent with this issue? If I receive the difference, this post will go away.

Awesome truck guys who know their stuff! Quoted me for a cold air intake and dual exhaust and after completion discounted me for 1/2 hour early finish. Appreciate the honesty I will only do business with them!
