It's an ok place to shop but not to sell to. I gave them 5 bags of clothes they said they needed 1/2 a bag worth and 4 1/2 came home with me. If any of my clothes are slightly damaged I toss them so I know I didn't give stained or ruined stuff but on the rack are clothes that reek of cigarettes or are pilly. It's a waste of my time, effort and strength to haul all this stuff in, they take a fraction of stuff (because they only go through one bag or tote and hand the rest back to you) and hand you meger money for it. To sell, you'd be better off at a garage sale or finding a different shop to sell or donate to.

This is my go-to place to get toys and clothes for my kids. It's especially helpful when yard sale season is over. This location packs an impressive selection of clothes and toys into a tight space. Prices are higher than yard sale, but definitely more affordable than new and such a swath of choices is great. I appreciate being able to return items with their tags with no problems within a week.

As a seller, I am sometimes bummed by how little they'll take, but I do appreciate that they want stuff that will actually sell. My favorite feature was dropping my stuff to sell, having them call me when they'd assessed it and being able to return to get payment. They do see incredible volume for sellers, so I can see why they've started the practice.

I love the selection and the prices but sometimes I'll buy something from there that has a stain, hole or seam coming apart. They're so strict with what they buy but this still happens. I never notice it until it's too late and I've removed tags making it impossible to return.
Other than that I've got no complaints. It's well organized and clean.

My experience was absolutely terrible. The staff was super rude, and they didn't even look through one of the two totes that I had brought. On top of that their policies were not explained to me, so I waited 3 1/2 hours before I even got an answer on what was going on. I had called to inquire about it due to the wait, and I got hung up on. Second time I called the chick I talked to was super rude. So I ended up going in about an hour and a half before they closed and talked to the manager, who just gave me excuses as to why their policy wasn't addressed with me, and that they were super busy. Which don't get me wrong, I completely understand, but if there's not enough time or people to get something done on a busy day, then why even accept people bringing their stuff in that day? Customer time is just as much important as associates. The store was a mess, and even though there were brand new clothes and shoes in the totes I brought, they gave me $20 for a few items and called it a day. Didn't even look through everything. Which makes no sense considering that most of the stuff in there looks disgusting. I will not be going back again, to sell Or buy, and I won't recommend for anyone to go there. Absolutely terrible service.

Sadly, the place is a mess and very crowded. Occasionally I find specialty pieces here but most of the items are too highly priced for the quality. Today was my first time attempting to sell clothing. DO NOT SELL YOUR ITEMS HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE HOURS TO WAIT! The do not do a very good job of explain their policy about who gets served first. They also put you in the back of the line if you leave the store, even if you had already waited quite a while. They also only have a couple of chairs to sit in as you wait so make sure you leave your kids at home. Sadly, I don't think I will be doing this again.

I've found great stuff while shopping here but I won't sell to them again, they really low LOWball you. It's great to shop but not for selling if your items are worth more than they offer.

**Zero Stars** They only went through a small portion of my clothes. When they gave me my stuff back there was still 20 dollars worth of brand new outfits in there. And they were still very rude to me about it. The clothes out on the floor are so old and stained and mismatched, but they wouldn't buy some of my brand new stuff that maybe had a small piece of fuzzy on it. Ridiculous, horrible system. The shoes are disgusting. They seem to have no type of process for buying.

This location has got a large selection and is better organized than another Once Upon a Child I've been to. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. I really benefit from their rewards program.

Wouldn't take a SINGLE article of clothes from two trash bags full of brand new clothes with the tags because they were "out of style." seriously? It's tank tops, shirts, shorts, stuff that isn't high fashion and doesn't go out of style. She didn't even go through one of the bags. The big girl was probably too lazy to go through them.

I love this store. Everything is mark so well and separated in sizes which make shopping for me so much easier. Prices are unbelievably so low. What a great place to find almost every thing you could possibly need.

If you want your money to really work for "you" this holiday season this is your store! Big store, lots of toys and clothes to choose from this season at a fraction of the cost.
Maybe you have so many gently used toys and clothes that you don't know what to do with them, sell them to this store and have cash for your holiday as a reward to yourself.
