Excellent service. Was able to identify and correct an electrical issue that was keeping my vehicle from starting that another mechanic couldn't locate. And it was up and running in 24 hours. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent. Found and fixed a problem I could not. A pinched 'short to ground' wire hidden behind trim panel rear of drivers seat that would cause htr/ac blower fuse to blow. Impressive skills.

I took my car there for some electrical problems, he found the problem quickly and had me back on the road within two hours. Only reason for the four stars instead of five is because he charged me $44 dollars for a fuse. Six dollars for a fuse disposal fee

If u go there your definitely driving ur car that same day quality work in as little as 4 hours, I've used norms on multiple vehicles with no problems or issues well done norm & they won't rip you off like others out there

I decided on Norm's based on other positive reviews online. I brought my car in around closing time and they had it back to me the morning after next. It's a friendly little mom-and-pop shop that's been around forever. Everyone is honest and straight-forward. The mechanic who worked on my car called me himself to explain the problem before doing any work and even told me something I could order and install myself if I wanted to save some money. The price was reasonable and there were no hassles at all. I definitely recommend this shop for your auto electric needs!
