Great place to stay. Friendly staffloved Diana at the front desk. The place is being renovated and got to stay in a newly renovated room. Super comfy bed and pillow. Clean. Delicious breakfast. Coffee, juice, hot chocolate and fruit always available in the lobby. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room came in handy as well. The pool is warm so made swimming a pleasure. Would definitely stay there again.

Was here a week ago at the comfort suits and used the holiday inn's pool and hot tub. The hot tub was filthy.
Stayed at the Holiday Inn last night and the pool was not treated and the hot tub was disgusting and extremely dirty.
The rooms where clean and had that 70s retro look.

One of the best places to sleep ever. The beds are very comfortable, their breakfast is amazing, and their swim area is such a good place to swim, or relax. You can swim in the pool, or you can relax in the hot tub. One of the best places to stay.

Nice place, kinda chaotic with the renovations. I'm a Spire member and rarely get an upgrade here. Most of the time they do not even acknowledge my membership. Staff is generally very nice, though. Good location.

Hotel is in process of being updated, but in renovated room I was in, the carpet was soaked from the air conditioner. I got a different room, and that was dated but clean. Staff is friendly, easy parking, and 5 min drive from center of town.

We were very fortunate to get one in the newly renovated rooms and let me tell you something they did a fine job place is awesome I would highly recommend it I haven't seen any of the rooms that aren't renovated but the newly renovated rooms are perfect.

In the middle of renovations. We stayed in a renovated room for one night. Hot breakfast buffet was good and included two different types of omelettes and a pancake printer. The room was clean and strangely enough had a view of the indoor pool area, which has its pluses and minuses. No sun light to wake you up is balanced by a non view. The thermostats are set here so that they can't b go lower than 68°F, which would be fine for most but if you really need to cool down in a room with many people, it takes longer to get comfortable.

In process of renovation. Stayed in one of the new rooms. Ultra clean, ultra modern. Very conveniently located to downtown, Essex, and Williston. Work crews are polite, as are the staff. Only noisy at intervals during the day. Some hallway noise late, older AC units are quite loud. Pool and fitness area are new too, super clean. Over all a pleasant stay. Would stay again.

The Holiday Inn Express was a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nice and chilly when we got in - a nice reprieve from the heat of Summer. The continental breakfast was great and convenient, providing plenty of breakfast options. The room itself was as nice as you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express. No major issues or snafus, everything was clean and tidy. Overall great experience for my weekend getaway!

NOT GOOD! DO NOT STAY! The room was fairly decent. Too expensive for such a simple room. Beds were uncomfortable and OLD. You can just tell when you sit and lay down. The smell of the room was something weird, close to a wet mop stench I might say. AWFUL! Very Outdated Hotel. Did not LIKE. Bathroom was not as clean as it should be which sucks! Hair strands hanging around. POOL was under construction and NOT available. This was one of the reasons I chose this hotelHowever the only decent amenity in this place was the Express Breakfast. Food was Clean and efficient. Check-In was also smooth. Nice ppl upfront.

Pool & gym not avail, under construction. But friendly staff & good complimentary breakfast. Checkout was 11am but I couldn't leave til noon. No one was too worried bout it, not sure if I was charged but it wouldn't have mattered. The room was fair. Nothing special but clean.
