We own DR. MERCEDES @ WESTCHASE. My wife, Mercedes Montealegre, M.D. has been doing bio identical hormone therapy for 16 years. Solutions Pharmacy has been our only supplier of hormone pellets. We trained with Dr. Tutera of Sottopelle who had been using Solutions Pharmacy for 15 years before he trained us. Everyone at Solutions is very experienced and professional. We highly recommend this pharmacy for all compounded formulas needs.

Called to find out information regarding services such as delivery or pick up window for convenience but the staff member who I spoke with on the phone was rude about me inquiring about that, very unprofessional.

Went in for something unrelated to a prescription & wasn’t treated very nicely by the person at the counter or the office personnel they called to the counter to help with my question. It wasn’t rude enough to leave one star, but it was rude enough to ensure I’ll never go back or consider switching from my big-box, corner pharmacy. If you’re looking to be treated well, you’re much better off going across the street.
