I had such a great experience with Diana and Goosey from Dr. Sniffs. They came the same day when I was freaking out, did an incredibly thorough search of the apartment, educated me, sent a full report, followed up to see how I was doing two weeks later. I don't know how Diana does it but she's incredibly knowledgeable, effective, compassionate, patient and knows more about bed bugs than anyone (including knowledge of other pests, skin issues etc. so she could compare and explain what wasn't a bed bug). Goosey the dog was awesome and extremely focused. I felt 100% sure after the in depth double-triple search that I had no evidence of bed bugs. Diana did find a carpet beetle and educated me about that too. I am in awe and beyond grateful. Use this service if you want to solve the problem and feel much better! I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Our building had issues with bed bugs pretty recently and even after doing the treatment, we wanted to be sure that we wouldn’t be causing anyone else any kind of trouble so we got in touch with Doctor Sniffs and they came as soon as they could.
Very professional and made sure my roommate and I were aware of what was happening during the entire process. The dog was extremely well trained and friendly.

Amazing company!! Rick was so incredibly helpful with everything. He answered every one of my questions, called me multiple times to have a proper conversation, let me text him any time if I had any questions, and was amazing through the entire process. He recommended a bed bug extermination company that I used and also had great experience with as well. Rick and everyone at the office are so professional, personable, and overall amazing. So hard to find this kind of quality company in NYC. Highly recommend doctor sniffs! I literally have nothing bad to say about Rick or the company. Amazing people!

We reached out to this company for some help regarding our tricky bed bug situation because it was so overwhelming and we weren’t sure what to do exactly. Although I’ve reached out to two other bed bug companies for help, this was far superior. I had the pleasure of speaking with Rick and he listened and spoke with us for 40 minutes over the phone! Due to our complex situation, we don’t need any further inspections at the moment, but if we ever do in the future, I’m 100% going with this company.
Rick not only listened, but he offered practical advice and solutions for our complex situation. He never rushed the conversation and was so calm. When dealing with bed bugs, it can be so overwhelming between everything you have to do and all the information you need to absorb and retain. He helped simplify it all and gave us advice/solutions that no other company had mentioned to us.
He really has his heart in this job. He never pushed us to buy anything or services, he just really cares to help. Really wonderful person. I think the 5 star reviews for this company accurately reflects how amazing they are. If I ever do need to do another inspection, I will go through this company and follow up on this review to give some insight on how they conduct inspections.
