  I have been registered with AMT since March 1968, 54 years, and have never had a problem with them or customer service, even with issues not directly pertaining to registry, certification and the lobbing in D.C. & for unification and standardization for Laboratory Regulations for U.S. Laboratories. I worked with past presidents of the AMT, one of which was my boss on my first job-started on April Fools Day -sooo LONG ago.

  I have been a member of the AMT as a registered medical assistant since 2004 and I have never encountered any issues. I am very happy and proud to be a member of the AMT.

  I was in the grace period to renew my license, I was told by two customer service agents that I had all my points and all I needed to do was pay my annual fee. Mind you I’ve already paid $15 per RE articles and I ordered 24 of them that’s $360. Now yesterday someone with a nasty attitude said I only had 21 credits and that my work credits wouldn’t apply until I filled out an employee verification form then submit an application to renew my license then that would cost an extra $205. At this point I’m just over it.

  Your annual dues are to keep your certifications up to date. Yes you have to pay dues for licenses read your information people. Never had a problem with site or certifications I pay my dues.
