  I just completed my 5th session (out of a 5) and feel so much better than I did going into it. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was willing to try hypnotherapy.
  
  Judith really takes the time to listen and understand what you want to accomplish. She guides you through setting your intentions and helps you understand how to heal from past events. I love her directness and no nonsense personality. I need that! No sugar coating.
  
  She has the absolute best assistant Riley (her sweet dog) who is there to support you during your sessions. On a couple of occasions when I needed it most, she gave me a big hug and extra love that I needed coming out of hypnosis!
  
  I am going to continue with Judith and Riley for coaching sessions and would highly recommend her. The free discovery session is great to see if you are a good fit. We met on ZOOM and I knew instantly that she was the one!

  Judith is an absolute angel. She has helped me tremendously with finding my voice and confidence through hypnotherapy. She has a gift when it comes to empowering people and I highly recommend her services.

  Hello Internet, and viewers of Judiths’ Wise Heart Therapy. I am here to give my honest review, from my perspective. Going into this I similarly read every review, and I did a little bit of research to make sure this was the right fit for me. I had a free 30 minute call to adventure and explore if this would be helpful, and my initial reaction was yes, this is of value. I signed up and prepaid for hypnotherapy as that’s what I had intended to receive. After 3 sessions, it had came to the conclusion that this wasn’t the right fit for me, and perhaps a different service would be of value instead. I honestly didn’t want a different service, and I would have preferred a refund because I had prepaid for 5 hypnotherapy sessions, but a refund “wasn’t possible”. These sessions that were prepaid were intended for one thing, and ended up being used towards a past life regression instead, which quite frankly was an experience to say the least. There was some information I had received from that that was interesting, but definitely not something I would have paid for in general, as I do not spend money lightly. To conclude, I think Judith did her best effort to help, but when a service isn’t a right fit for a customer/client, a refund would really have been appreciated, especially if the notice is beyond 2 weeks in advance. When you’re expecting one service and you prepay for that service specifically, it is a little bit of a let down to not get what you paid for. Please just note that if this is a service you’d like, try one session first maybe and see how you like it. I definitely don’t suggest prepayment because you will not get your money back, even if the service is deemed unfit for you, beyond before you even complete all of the sessions. And might I add, I reviewed each policy, and I wasn’t the one to end any agreement early and call the hypnotherapy service unfit for me, it was Judith who had suggested a different service would be better for me. Additionally, maybe a different service would’ve been a better fit indeed, but it is not what I wanted originally or what I originally spent money towards and that’s the message I’d like to end with.

  If you are feeling stuck in life, lost, confused, hopeless, and are ready for change, you need to book an appointment with Judith IMMEDIATLY. My way of thinking and life has truly changed due to Judith's amazing talent. she understands you more than you understand yourself. I first went in not knowing what the point of life was to know being excited to build my future. Judith's deep nurturing and warm spirit will make you feel safe and heard. And Miss Riley is there to help you through your sessions. If you are ready to learn your true strength and change to becoming your best self, you will absolutely achieve that with the guidance of Judith. Thank you Judith and Riley for all you have done for me!!

  I just had an incredible hypnotherapy session with Judith Auslander (Wise Heart Coaching and Hypnosis)! I went DEEP, DEEP, DEEP. She held space for me so masterfully and with such heart that I was able to look "beyond the veil" and see clearly.
  She named her business correctly! She is very wise and has an incredible heart. She has a very large toolbox of skills to draw from, and she was flexible and present enough to really deliver support and direction for each inner experience that needed to happen, even though it took a surprising direction.
  If you are seeking greater clarity, inner freedom and direction, I highly recommend reaching out to Judith. She offers free discovery sessions. (She didn't ask me to write a testimonial, and I am receiving nothing from her for doing so. I feel compelled to share her as a resource.)
