This company got my number and proceeded to call me for two years asking for a Juan Machaca, then sold the number to telemarketing companies who still call for the wrong name guy. Always hung up when I tried to explain the error. Lame staff

Stay away very unprofessional company.
It seems the reviews are fake or paid!
Solarmax installed a system for me in December. After 3 months half of my system stopped working. Fuses start blowing off. Online tracking showing me errors. This is a fire hazard and no one is taking care of it. There is NO customer service.
SolarMaxWhy nobody, despite many concerning emails and phone calls has not contacted me? You guaranteed my system, why are you not honoring it? It is 3 month now and no fix for a very hazardous situation.
Marvin, the sales person, deserves a 5 star review! Yes he could sell me a bad system! You know your job!
I hired a lawyer and going to take legal actions. If anyone here has problems with this company please contact me so we can have stronger case.

Rotten after sales service. It takes them more than two weeks to schedule their crew to come out and remove solar panels so my roofer can fix the roof leak caused by the panels stands being drilled thru the roof to secure the panels in position.

Just had our solar system installed. Couldn't be more pleased. Everyone was pleasant, patient with questions & more than helpful. Energy consultant, Dan Cooley, has been on top of everything from beginning to end. Installers arrived as scheduled & cleaned up after themselves. Stucco patch & conduit painting completed nicely as promised. Wonderful company to work with.

For almost 2 years I have listened to every solar pitch. I even almost signed up twice and backed out of the deal once it was time for installation because something just didn't feel right. Then I met Pete from Solarmax. Not only was his deal better than any other deal that I had been offered, but his customer service was unmatched! He designed a system for me that gave me more production at a lower cost as well as upgraded almost all of the lighting in my house to LEDs. Approval was quick and Pete took care of everything with my HOA so there was truly no out of pocket cost for me. Installation went smooth, and now I'm a proud and satisfied owner of solar.

After reviewing multiple options, my spouse and I chose Solar max to install our solar panels and start us up on solar power for our home. Pete Herrera, our initial contact and consultant, was very knowledgeable about the system and was there for us throughout the process. All of the workers and engineers who were instrumental in installing our system were knowledgeable, patient with our questions and easy to work with. They were all quite efficient and worked very well as a team. Our system was turned on today - about 7 weeks after our first consult and we are very happy to have worked with such a great team! Thank you all!
