  We used this service to haul away a disabled spa. We were able to get scheduled on the same day for pickup. Professional and good communication.

  Gavin and Melanie were terrific and I'd definitely recommend them, and would use them again in a heartbeat if I need any more junk hauling services.
  
  I'd accumulated a good bit of garbage and larger junk items after finishing a remodeling project for my mom's home. I'd felt a bit anxious that I hadn't gathered everything into one area and the pathways through the garage and yard were a bit thin. Gavin and Melanie were completely chill about it. The conversation was relaxed and friendly, and they were extremely kind and helpful.
  
  They were also very competitive with pricing. I told Gavin that I'd gotten a handful of estimates, but each hauler gave me a "flexible" price range rather than a firm quote. So, I explained that I had a low bidder who couldn't do the job until next week, and if he (Gavin) could match the price and take it all away immediately, I'd give him the job. Gavin agreed to the price on the phone, but I wanted him to see the items first so that he felt comfortable with the job. He did visit and survey the job, but didn't bat an eye regarding the price.
  
  As a bonus, they were also very tidy. Even though my place is still a cluttered mess, they were diligent about not adding any small bits of debris to add to my situation. ;-) I especially appreciated their sweeping behind their truck as city workers had recently paved and painted the street in front of the house.
  
  Efficient, friendly, prompt, thorough and reasonably priced. Easy 5 stars! :-)
