  Horrible room. Bathroom door that won't stay closed, broken lamps, etc. The place is dated and worn down. Management promised a partial ($200 plus room fees of approx. $35) refund in September--then twice again in October. It is now December and only the room fees have been refunded.

  The hotel and the city were excellent! It's much to do and see at the hotel. If desired, a person or group could never leave the hotel and have a grand time because of the activities offered. The pool and restaurant were also cool too. I got on the rollercoaster "on" the mountain and I really really enjoyed it! Go if you can :-)

  Family vacation, we had a blast and wanted to go again. I would recommend buying the all day pass so you can ride the rides all day long. Great place for little kids too!

  What an amazing day! $120 bought us unlimited roller coaster and toboggan rides, miniature golf, human maze, bungee trampoline, and the Treetop adventure. Treetop was our favorite. It was challenging, frightening, and AMAZING. We overcame fears, worked as a team and made it all the way to the black course. We'll definitely be back.

  Fun and excitement for all ages. Pushing my 70's and still much to do there! Had a ball . . . Take the family and make a day of it.

  Super fun. Not crowded. Nice staff. A great way to spend a day in Jackson. The Tree top course is really challenging and exciting and the sled and coaster made the kids trip!

  Visited in summer, tried Treetop Adventure and Alpine Slide. Had a great time! Beautiful, well-maintained park area, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and good walking/biking paths with amazing views.

  We were here for the uphill snowmobile climes. Event was great, and loved being outdoors. Great venue.
