  Fairly horrific customer service. I called while I was at work about 30 minutes away and the lady refused to tell me what they had in stock. Rather than take a minute to look in their back closet she insisted that I should drive 30 minutes from work just to find out if they had anything that might fit my needs. I immediately called a competitor and had a much better experience and will be going with them.

  The people here were so kind. I had a custom stamp made and the turnaround was very fast and the stamp quality was great. And a man working there gave me a coke while I waited to pay, can't beat that!

  Kylee & Kurt go above and beyond to ensure my orders are more than amazing! Just today they helped me and made sure I was more than happy. Kylee truly is my favorite person there! And I'm so grateful for her help and kindness. She deserves a raise and Kurt deserves best Boss Award! Thank you to everyone at McGee's! You guys rock!!!!

  Amazing people! I always worked with Jenn. If ever I come to pick up something and there's a mistake or some kind, they fix it - FAST! I have been so grateful for their "one stop" shop for trophies, engraving, awards, name plates and more. They are SOOOOO GREAT to work with. Absolutely phenomenal customer service!

  I've ordered an address stamp online for about the same price, but McGee's can do virtually any of the same designs for about the same price, and they are quicker than waiting for something to ship. My most recent order was produced and picked up in a little over one day; but I encountered some problems. They sent me proofs of my stamp via email for me to verify before production; I asked for one with the font type bolded, and one with regular type. I pointed out a mistake in the embellishment I chose, but said I like the bolded font. They ended up producing both stamps (bold and regular) and both had the mistake on the embellishment. They said I could have them both because it was their mistake, but I didn't want either of them with the missing piece of the embellishment. So, the employee and I corrected the order, and once again I told her that I wanted the font bolded. They finished it a few days later, and the embellishment was fixed, but they forgot to bold the font. It really wasn't a super big deal, so I just took the stamp, and I love it. Quality, self-inking device, and very crisp, clear stamping. I will certainly go back to McGee's, but I will make sure they confirm what I want better when I order.

  I've used them for a variety of items over the last several years and I have always been fully satisfied with product and service. All these trophy stores are pricey but these folks went out of their way to find an affordable solution.

  I've worked with McGee's Stamp & Trophy on many occasions for work. Their customer service is fantastic and we've always been very pleased with the products we receive. Last year we worked with them to design a custom piece and the process was smooth and painless. We look forward to working with them on each new project.
