I received nicer service here then I do at my regular (franchise jeweler) and I was treated like they knew me, like I was an every day customer.
I came in to get my wedding ring( just a band) fixed. ( it had a sharp area on the inside and prob just need ground down.). Erika was so nice. The condition of my ring ended up being a hairline fracture . It was buffed out and they actually replaced some of the gold needed , ( just a tiny amount), then buffed it). When I picked my ring up, my entire ring was beautiful! It shined and a week later, after all the wear of how much housework , repotting of plants, etc , not wearing gloves, that I do, my ring still shines.
However, my other rings, that I always get, yes all my jewelry come from that franchise jeweler, has never come back shining like this.
Yes, I think I found my jeweler.

We bought my wedding band about four years ago and had great service then too. I have always experienced friendly and knowledgeable staff. I stopped in due to a diamond falling out and was told they would take care of me at no charge. I will continue to recommend Smith's Jewelers.

Ill start with the +, everyone there was very kind. Thats it. Called multiple times and was told they could drop oil into my watches if need be. The watchmaker when i showed up decided to only wind my watches fully assuming that was the problem. I reiterated multiple times ive fully wound them multiple weeks. Still insisted that was it.. im assuming because i came in at 5:20?..

Hands didn't move much on one and hasnt been used for awhile.. the other was a Rolex datejust with an aftermarket dial. He proceeded to say it was a knock off watch without even taking the case off or clearly looking at the serials.. its been certified authentic with an aftermarket dial, by 2 different Rolex dealers.. he just assumed because of the aftermarket dial it was a replica..

So not only was that slightly insulting, he also never took the back off to check anything out or drop oil.. I dont leave reviews ever.. this just rubbed me the wrong way..

Professional AND personal. Staff took the time to educate me on ring-buying and evaluating before discussing any rings. They even narrowed my selection down based on my now-fiancé's pintrest and I was then able to get her something she loves! (Better experience than other major retailers in the area).

I went into the store a month or so ago, and Smith's really helped my girlfriend and I to find a great ring! I went in just today, and although that ring will not work for my specific needs, they were able to find a ring that is even better and were extremely helpful in staying within my budget while still being able to provide everything I wanted. Overall, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not only are you supporting a great local company by buying at Smith's, but they also carry some of the best customer relations I've ever experienced.

My parents suggested that I always shop at Smith's. From the first moment I walked through the door, I knew why. All the ladies there are such a delight to work with, they are very knowledgeable about what they do, and work very hard to get you exactly what you want!!! My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the amazing customer service and quality of jewelry there!
