The store was stocked with everything on my Kohls list. Almost everything had been discounted. The store needed an employ to check the clothing aisles. Some items had landed on the floor. Overall a positive experience this close to Christmas.

Associates are not empowered to help customers. We left all of our Merchandise (about 280.00 worth) and walked out. We went to TJ Maxx and found the same merchandise but payed a lot less.
I would not recommend this store.

Kohl's is a great place to shop for families but the customer service at this location was on the lower end. I wanted to rate it 2.5 but I guess a 3 star is ok.

Poor shopping experience!!
High prices, had to ask where women's shoes are as they are in the men's area! Why?
Clothes, shoes on floor. No one straightening up the mess. Made me remember why I don't go there to shop. I left without buying a thing.

Might have given one star, but didn't stay long enough to evaluate. The place was a disaster, so I couldn't really see what all they had. Either way, I was looking for some tall size *anything*. Couldn't find anything.

A nice store. They have a lot to offer. Coupons are good. Kohl's employees are helpful and nice. I wish they had more of a selection of big guy clothes. We try to shop at this location when we can.

Excellent, considerate, personal service.

I visited this Kohl's store with the intent to replace the batteries in two watches. One watch was about 2.5 years old; the other about a year old. And although both watches were troublesome (backs were difficult to replace), both representatives were very pleasant, maintaining light, entertaining conversation throughout my time at the counter. And in fact, the older watch was so difficult, they offered an exchange for the exact same watch - no charge.

It's easy to write a review for bad service, and some would say rewards aren't necessary for simply "doing the job" or meeting expectations- but I believe people should know when they're appreciated and when they've made a difference in someone's day.

So, thank you.
