Overcharged for movie had to get manager to issue credit. Came back after movie and they thought he took care of it bit weren't sure. No receipt available. Where is the customer service and common sense to go find out with certainty? Felt like they were saying we're crossing our fingers for you. Gee thanks.

Old and outdated facility, highest movie ticket price in town. But it is close to my place, can't wait for it's expansion and upgrade. Until then.

The seating at this theater is very uncomfortable. The backs are almost straight up and they barely recline. Popcorn was fresh and the theater was pretty clean though!

Saw a great movie in a pleasant theatre except the temperature kept fluctuating from cold to comfortable. I wore my coat because I got cold.

Pros: Staff is terrific. Theater is always clean.
Cons: The seats are terrible. All of their competitors have far superior seating. A lot of the auditoriums also have an aisle directly down the middle so you have to sit to the side.
Most of the auditoriums on the right side, 12-17, are very small and not worth the cost of admission.
The theater's movie selection has slimmed over the years as well. They used to show a lot of art films.response / report this review -

Solid movie theater. Doesn't have all the amenities in terms of seating that newer theaters do but it's solid at what it does - seats are comfortable, sound is good, screens and projectors are up to date, and the place is clean. It's a bit older but it has a nice nostalgic feel.

Great place to watch movies! Can almost always find a seat. Definitely revamped the place overtime too. Staff are efficient and courteous too. Always a good time!

Popcorn was found when I entered the theater, other than that there was nothing bad about the experience, seats are good and the projection was in 4k.

I used to love Regal, but unfortunately for them, newer theatres with better seating, better amenities, and better food have popped up. It's your average movie theater that is usually pretty busy. There are better places within 10 minutes. Look elsewhere for your movie viewing experience.

I'm impressed with the 4K high def video. We've been there for a couple new movies and been impressed, sound quality is good too. Place is reasonably clean and has visible security roaming around. Seats are just ok, not super comfortable, but not horrible. Theatres are fairly small and the movies we've been too have been fairly packed which meant that we had to sit really close to the screen because all the other seats further back were taken. There were about 10 minutes of previews before the movie started.
