Its a great place to visit overall. Kids will like it and have fun. However, I was not a big fan of their pumkin patch, as it is noticeable that pumkins are not grown here. I could be wrong.

We went there thinking there would be something to do for all ages there was not. We participated in the candle making activity - truly just a sheet of textured wax in primary colors that you rolled around a string. We grabbed some food - the pumpkin pie I had did not taste like pumpkin pie at all. I don't know what to equate it to, honestly. The apple cider came out of a plastic jug, Kroger brand maybe? We then went on the hay ride. Really just a tractor pulling 20+ people 500 feet to the "pumpkin patch". I hesitate to call it a pumpkin patch. It was really more like a failed Christmas tree farm where they set down pumpkins. There were no vines, half the pumpkins were rotting or had clear indications that they were dropped. Don't waste your money - which you might, because they do not allow you to return your tickets after purchase. We had 4 left over.

It's a nice property/farm, but it is very "touristy". They've commercialized on the apple orchard and pumpkin patch family crowd. They sell tickets for the kids to do different rides and activities. Each ticket costs $1 and most activities take 2-3 tickets. There are bounce houses, hay rides, tractor trains, mini corn mazes, etc. My young kids enjoyed it and about $20 worth of tickets got us a couple hours of activities, which was all my kids could take before needing to go. They also sell carnival food, like elephant ears, but it isn't cheap. They do not grow their own pumpkins at this farm, so the patch is pallets of pumpkins they buy and bring in and spread amongst their Christmas tree grove. It sort of had a neat aesthetic to it (see pictures), but know you are paying a high markup on pumpkins they didn't grow. This isn't so much a farm experience as it is a carnival like experience. Expect it to be extremely busy every day during the fall. My kids enjoyed it, but we likely won't be back.

Makes Disney look like a not for profit organization!!! $5 just to park your car? Are you kidding me? Lady taking money at the gate was rude. $1 to take a selfie with a pony? Charging for a ride to the pumpkin patch? Sweet corn was anything but sweet. Do yourself a favor and drive to the country and visit another farm where you aren't extorted for every move you make. 1st and last visit I ever make to this place. Only upside is if you have young kids and don't mind dropping $50+.

I was definitely let down. Our driver was rude to my 3yo nephew. The pumpkin selection was only the large variety. The wagons are hard to get in and out of. The lady at the pillow jump was grouchy and it was $3.00 a person! They advertise farm animals and they had one donkey, 1 rabbit and 3 goats. The cider slushies were good, but they are charging $7.50 for an elephant ear! It was not a great experience and we won't be back

Wonderful day with our granddaughters! So much to do and all at a reasonable price except the donkey rides were $8 which I thought was a little much & the pony rides weren't available when we were there.

Fun to take the kids for their Halloween event. It's a nickel and dime fest tho, with tickets for attractions and bad concessions, pumpkins are a bit pricey but you also get a fun hayride out of it (which you have to pay for)

We like going to Stoney Creek to get a Christmas tree bc of the animals and kids activities, but each year the quality of the Christmas trees is going down and the prices seem to be going up. This year was the last year. Time to find a new place to make new traditions.

Fall festival has plenty to do. The hayride to the pumpkin patch was a good time however there was no pumpkin patch just pumpkins tossed around a field. It was a little miss leading but still a nice family outing.

It has been a few years since I have been here to pick out a pumpkin but riding a hayride out to a large choice of pumpkins is fun. They had all kinds of animals here and a barn to shop in.

The harvest festival had a lot of activities however everything was very expensive. Tickets are $1 each and most things were multiple tickets. You had to pay to park then pay to do everything else. The "pumpkin patch" is just a few pallets of pumpkins that they lay around the Christmas trees. I was surprised that you didn't have to pay to ride the hayride back from the patch.
If you don't mind spending the money the festival is a great family activity.response / report this review
