My experience here was excellent! We were greeted with a warm welcome then met with Greer and Tanner. Greer thoroughly explained the options of services rendered and answered questions asked. Both are professional, caring and were very nice and gave us a piece of mind and comfort. My mother's makeup and hair was fixed to perfection! Thank you! God bless!

Oh my this was a trying time for me and my family with the passing of my mother I was taking by surprise and had no knowledge of where to turn or what to do. My mother had a pre-existing insurance with the Hansen Mortuaries &Cemetery I put her in there hands and the next day I gave them a call. I was seen the same day by funeral director Greer and she was amazing with her care and understanding. Greer walked me thru the process and was able to make sure all my needs were met. All of the people at Hansen has been so understanding and professional with the whole situation and they also provided me with aftercare so that I would not be overwhelmed.

A friend recommended Hansen Mortuary Chapel to me after my wife passed away in Jan 2022 and I am thankful for that friend. The entire staff and especially my funeral director, Becky Reed, were top notch. They stayed on top of things, responded to inquiries and answered questions quickly. They made the entire process run smoothly.

The plans for my wife were more complicated than I would think most funeral homes deal with. First, we had a long period between her passing and burial since we first had a memorial service in Phoenix and then eventual burial at the National Cemetery in San Diego.

They stored her remains for that long period (Jan - Mar) and worked through coordination with the funeral home in San Diego, and are even handling a problem that arose with the air cargo company.

At every step of the way I have been blessed and able to focus on honoring my wife’s memory and caring for our family because the Hansen “family” has done such an amazing job supporting me.

I cannot recommend them more highly! Thank you!

I recently suffered the tragic loss of my beautiful daughter. I am forever grateful that I entrusted Hansen Mortuary to handle all arrangements. Their staff is amazing - Joy and Greer- helped me through what I believe to be the hardest time I will ever go through. I am grateful they held my hand through the process. I hope that I do not need their services anytime soon, but death is a part of life - should anyone else in my family go, including myself - I will only use Hansen to handle future loss.

I was very satisfied with Hansen's. The services for my wife's cremation were very simple. I opted for a basic cremation with her ashes separated into several containers. Hansen's did what I requested plus made sure the death certificate was provided to social security and Medicare. They made life a bit easier to handle during such a difficult period. The staff were very accommodating, sympathetic and understanding. They presented many options, but wasn't overbearing to do more than I wanted to do.
