I have been dealing with the implant process for years. Ever since I found Smile Design, I have had nothing but a positive experience. They treat me like a friend and really show how much they care about me and making sure everything is perfect for me. I truly feel the compassion and carefulness every time I visit their office. The environment is very comfortable, everyone working there always has a smile on their face and greets you with a great attitude. I have nothing negative to say about Smile Design or Dr Ricarddi. I appreciate them more than I can say.

I'm not giving this review five stars to make it liquid this five-star review is for the common courtesy respect and love for the work that this man DR. Ricciardi and his staff do they put their all into what they do and you can see it when you leave the place I have chills to this minute talking to my fiance about my experience how he made me feel as I was human and not some monster I consider this practice one of the best experiences out of any practitioners in all fields combined I really want to say thank you for the way you made me feel very comfortable and that's saying your the best

From the moment of walking through the door I was met with friendly/courteous staff, received top notch service, and felt that they genuinely cared about me not just another notch in their belt. Dr Riccriardi even made a personal phone call after the procedure to check in on me. If you are looking for a PRO to place your trust and faith in during some stressful oral events look no further!

The moment you walk in the front door you can’t help but SMILE! The office alone makes it feel like your walking into a beautifully designed home that welcomes everyone and gives you A warm and cozy feeling! All of the staff immediately make you feel at home. They are all so sincere and compassionate and truly make you feel welcomed not to mention there was very little wait time.
Even though I just met Tanya today, I felt as if She is a part of my own family. She was so easy to talk to and genuinely listens and cares about you just like a close friend or family member would!
I don’t even know where to begin with Dr. Ricciardi !
He is one of the most amazing and heartfelt doctors I have ever met!!!!! He truly went above and beyond just to help me in one of my most embarrassing moments! He took his time and made me feel like I really
Mattered. He was so kind and compassionate and sincerely wanted to help me. I felt so comfortable and at ease just listening to him as he explained everything in detail to me. I am truly grateful to have met him and his entire staff.
For the first time ever, I am excited and looking forward to my next dentist visit!
They have all given me a reason to SMILE again :-)
