I tried to reach out to the owner (who reached out to me to confirm the rental) 2 times before posting this and he chose not to respond.

Save your money!

I rented the party bus and was sent pictures of a nice bus and was very impressed. I was sent pictures of a bus with monitors, lights, and everything was working. In reality, I got that bus, it was just not taken care of at all. Here are the issues:

1. We were the first ride and there was sitting water in the cup holder (a couple inches). You can see this in the picture I attached to the post.
2. The monitors shown in the pictures were not operational.
3. The radio electrically shorted out 3 times while we were en route ruining the vibe we were trying to create and making me have to reconnect the phone via Bluetooth.
4. The panels holding the speakers are falling off (Pictured).
5. The wiring for the speakers is falling out of the panels and you can see the wires hanging down (Pictured).
6. The bus smelled like mildew there had been sitting water in the AC unit.
7. Although the driver gave us extra time, he was 30 minutes late when picking us up. This put us in a situation that we either show up late to the party after our bus ride or we lose time on the bus.

For $750 for 4 hours I was thinking this was going to live up to the pictures and it was far from that. I was embarrassed to bring my guests on this bus and I will never use this company again. My recommendation to anyone that is wanting to use this company is to check out the bus before hand and make sure the pictures you receive are as nice as the bus you are renting.

Also, the reservation person was amazing, hats off to him for being responsive. Sadly, the owner didn't care to address my concerns so I can only think he doesn't mind putting out a terrible product.
