  We had made an appt to get a quote on some work we needed done on our master bathroom. The day of the appt my wife was contacted by the individual that was scheduled to come out. During the conversation she told him that she was at work, but that I would be home to meet him and discuss what we were interested in having done. She was then told that he could not come by without all individuals with a “say-so” present at the house and would have to call the office to figure out what was going on, regardless of the office previously telling her this was no problem.
  
  The employee soon after texted my wife to tell her he can’t give us a quote without knowing the color, material and scope of the work & that she could send pictures to get a price estimate.. Was this not the point of the initial appointment?
  
  My wife immediately contacted me describing the unprofessional attitude of this employee how upset he had made her.
  
  Completely unprofessional, but grateful we didn’t get financially invested before experiencing this.

  Bath Masters remodeled my bathroom about a year ago. Had a wall surround and and onyx Pan. They did a great job!
  What I really liked was their guarantee if something happened. They would back their product 100%.
  The now a year later and I have a crack in the Pan near the drain!
  Which they guaranteed would not happen. I call them several times left messages and no one ever calls me back. I've sent emails I've sent pictures and still no one calls me back.
  It's been a month now and I can't get anybody to call me back to get it replaced! A warning to everyone they don't back their product 100% like they claim.

  We love how our bathroom turned out! Johnathan, the project manager, made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Jose and Eddie worked very hard to get it done quickly and make it look great. Our only problem and the reason for not giving 5 stars is the communication we had with the sales staff and the office staff which was disappointing but once our project was ready to start, communication was very good and project was done in a timely manner.

  We used Bath Masters to update our master bathroom. We are so pleased with the finished project! Blane and Brad did a wonderful, meticulous job on the project itself - and both men were excellent communicators. They kept us apprised of everything from start to finish and there were no surprises or difficulties. The price was extremely competitive and didn’t deviate at all from the original bid. It was also completed in a very timely manner. We are so happy with our new bathroom! We wouldn’t hesitate recommending Bath Masters DFW and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future projects.

  For 2 years my husband and I have dreamed of redoing our bathroom: eliminating the big bathtub, adding double sinks, and all new cabinets for storage.
  We interviewed 2 major companies, it was obvious to us that Bath Masters salesman gave us the better concept and a lower price.
  The BM design consultant came by to take measurements and really helped us with design concepts based on years of real experience. His advice helped us avoid some bad ideas that we had and gave us a fresh, up-to-date design and choosing of all the components.
  The BM building coordinator was outstanding. He and his teams worked with us to make wise decisions based on years of experience, building codes, safety concerns, and architectural fit.
  During tear-out and rebuild, they were very careful not to harm our house/furniture and to minimize dirt and dust.
  Near the end of the project, we made a list of minor items that needed to be discussed. They went the second mile to satisfy all our concerns.
  We've been using the new facilities for a month, and the total project has exceeded our every expectation. We're very pleased!
