Very unorganized. They did not have the staff they needed. Lots of excuses. Promises they couldn’t keep. When my husband was scheduled, no one showed up. Not even a phone call. Had to give him anxiety med. Very unprofessional.

Reilly and his teammate came to my rescue in our time of need, showing professionalism and selfless in 95-degree weather like companions, there caring, and compassion and situational awareness made my grandmother experience a positive, my complements to them and the owner!!! True care giving from the heart stay safe friends!!! We greatly appreciate your help. I dont know were we would have been with out you. Thank you deepest Regards, James :}

Home Care Assistance is awesome. I needed their service for transportation home and it was perfect. Rob was incredibly patient and flexible with scheduling. Highly recommend!

I've been an employee of Home Care Assistance for about 2 & 1/2 years. This has been a very good and stable agency to work for. I have had fairly stable work for this entire time frame. What you give is what you get. If you do a good job and make yourself available and help out by pulling extra hours in times of emergency, they reward hard work and loyalty by ensuring you get your 40 hours a week, as best they can.
Management is supportive and available to assist when ever needed. Cheri, the supervisor, is available for any problem or complication that arises and I truly appreciate her support. She is personable and understanding and a true leader within the agency. Reilly, the office manager, has been very helpful and kind as well when needing to address particular issues outside of my direct supervisor's role. And we all appreciate Rob, the owner, for keeping us all employed with his excellent business style.response / report this review -

Home Care Assistance Alaska is the greatest caregiving agency in town! They have been so good to my mom and dad, Rob and Cheri have really bent over backwards to accommodate everything we have asked. And every care taker that has been sent to mom and dad's has been extremely polite and helpful. We are lucky to have them to take care of our family.
