Tried the brisket sandwich. Disappointing. The fat content of the meat was, conservatively, between 35 and 40%. Not much of a smoke flavor. The sauce looked and tasted a lot like Heinz 57.

This place was fantastic. The food is great, atmosphere is comfortable and quaint and the service was pretty friendly on top of that. I do hate that I don't get in this area more often or this would be a regular spot for sure!

I've been eating at Slopes for years. Consistent food and service. Its hard to wrong with anything on the menu. The kids love the Mac n cheese.

We've been coming here as a family since our move 16 years ago. Good food and atmosphere, always clean and usually quick. The staff is honest about my options due to my wheat sensitivity. We sometimes order quart sides and catering for picnics.

All around convenient and well run.

Bar-B-Que is usually at it's best when the place is busy. Food is hot and fresh and doesn't have time to dry out or get mushy. Well, I went after the post-dinner rush, when it wasn't busy, so take that into account in my rating. The Brunswick Stew is good and they give you a bigger side portion than most other places. Other sides were a bit over-cooked - again, probably because of the time I went there. I'll give it another try, but only when it's busy.
