  Do you remember the scene in Beerfest where the main character brews and sips the legendary beer, and the light shines down his face and he's rendered speechless? That's this place's cheddar brisket. I'm not kidding.

  Everyone was very nice. It was my first time there and the cashier was more than willing to explain what everything was and he was extremely helpful! Will definitely be back soon.

  I'll start with their food is amazing, but after ordering online for my first time and seeing nothing on the order page saying that you need to check with the register before you pick up your food I'm very disappointed. The person that I parked next to was double parked so when I got inside I spent the better part of my visit looking out the window to make sure I didn't get hit with their door or something inserted through my open window. I noticed that the staff were greeting people but I was never greeted. I had a name tag on for work, the same name as the order, and not once did anyone tell me that my food was ready or that I needed to talk to the register. I stood there for a half hour before I asked if my food was done; I guess this is my own fault but between worrying about my car and trying to make it back to work on time I didn't consider needing to talk to someone at a register. Why take my credit card online and not let me pay in store if I still need to talk to someone? I understand it's one thing to need to go inside to pick up my food, I get it, you're not applebees, but it's another to expect someone to know your procedure when it isn't listed somewhere obvious on your website. I guess now I know. Luckily subway is closer, though I'd have to settle for second best. Disappointing.

  The food is amazing. Never disappointed with my meal. Everything is always fresh and tastes great. The place is always very clean, as a parent clean bathrooms speak volumes and I'm always pleased. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The price for what you get is second to none. Keep up the good work Firehouse!!!

  I thoroughly enjoy the food and the service. I have eaten here several times and have never had bad food or bad service. And I love the fact that it supports the local fire departments and more. Keep it up!

  When you walk in the door the employees yell "Welcome to firehouse subs!" I'm not a fan of that kind of thing every time the doors open, but that aside, it was amazing!
  The food was delicious, the store was clean and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely better then subway. We will definitely be back

  Food and service is amazing! Even though they were busy when I got there staff was fast and friendly. I got a specialty sub- the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket and added Jalapenos I think it was the best sub I ever had! A coworker got a salad and it was also great. A little on the pricey side but totally worth it. Can't wait to try out more.
