They intentionally mislead you. They claim you get a 100 night in home trial. What they fail to tell you is that if you hate their overpriced, uncomfortable blow up mattress it'll cost you $179 to return it. That seems like a cost they should tell you up front. Had we known we would have never bought the awful thing. I've never had back pain. I do now.

The biggest waste of $ in my life. If I could give it no stars I would.
1. way to expensive
2. tried every "tip" they had to find best sleep number, tried unzipping the bed and changing the padding around as suggested results always the same. I was actually sad to leave the suite we were staying in while they re-did our floors. (miss that bed)
3. They extended our 100 days but then we found out that if we do give it back we still own the $2000 frame.
4. The $2000 dollar frame squeaks and rattles like a de-tuned banjo, so anytime you are in or out of it or intimate with your partner.
5. When you do have times of intimacy you have to make sure both sides of the bed are evenly inflated.
6. Remotes were always messed up, so had to have the Tech out to change the box. (remotes would stop communicating with the compressor so if the remote said 45, there was still a fantastic chance that you were at like 85, so you had to push the favorite button on top then it would, on most occasions go all the way down.)

We got our first sleep number mattress. And te experience we had in the Plainfield IN location was awesome! We were helped by Mandy I believe her name was and she was very knowledgeable and a very sweet person. I highly recommend the mattress to anyone and highly suggest finding Mandy in Plainfield.

I just bought 2 beds from the great people at Select Comfort in Plainfield. 1 for me and 1 for my parents. Natalie the manager was very nice and was a wealth of knowledge. Marty the sales lady was very fun and knew her stuff as well. I was very impressed with their "not pushy sales approach".
