I called Tom's Marine late Weds of this week. Needed a new ECU (Electronic Control Unit) flashed so it would recognize my 2007 Sportsman 800. The ladies in the front office worked with Craig in the back and had me set-up for 8:00 a.m. the very next morning. That, and they agreed to do it while I waited, which was incredibly generous because I live so far away.

Craig hooked up his laptop to my ATV the very next morning and in less than an hour my unit was powered up, all of the previous error codes removed, my fan was finally working again after 3 months, and my ATV was running much, much, better.

The customer service in the office, the service in the shop, and the pricing, were all outstanding. All of the folks were extremely generous and polite, and they even let me bring my Brown Lab (Rosie) in while I waited.

Special thanks to Craig for helping me get my ATV back on the road after 3 months of sitting in my garage. It now runs GREAT!!!!!
