Best hotel for the money spent. Under 100 dollars a night you can't beat. Fresh sheets. Like actual clean new sheets. Room was clean and very quiet. 4 vending machines. 2 I've never seen before. Employees are so nice and very real with you on prices and adjustments. Real breakfast! Not fake cereal or bread. Real eggs, bacon, waffles, rolls. Cereal. The whole thing. Definitely one of the best for under 100$
Really nice for the price. It's clean, comfortable bed and pillows. I liked the shower /bathroom design, but miss having a bath tub. Drawers for non-hanging items would have been nice, too.
Breakfast was decent. 3 hot tea varieties, cocoa, coffees, 2 juices, 2 cereals, waffles, boiled and scrambled eggs, sausage, and yogurt.
This hotel was in a nice area and it was clean inside and out. The staff was very nice and efficient. The room was clean and I was grateful. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast was mediocre. The food didn't taste the greatest and there was not much variety. Other than that I had no issue. I would recommend it.
Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I'm telling you this place is awesome. Clean, friendly, good breakfast not just Continental! My only problem was the parking.. If you have a big truck, such as a moving truck, parking will be a problem.. Otherwise great place to stay! Would definitely stay here again!
My parents stay here nearly every time they come to town. Usually friendly staff and nice breakfast.
Great service from Maria and owner! Safe, secure, and clean upgraded rooms. Nice Hot breakfast. Kitchen staff is very polite too. Convenient location.
Nice rooms, and good breakfast. The first day there was a male at the front desk, he was very nice and helpful. The next few days there was a female there, she was rude, and had an attitude everytime we spoke. Other than hermy stay was nice.
The best staff and so accommodating for special needs. The best place to stay at a reasonable price if attending the Mayo Clinic for treatment. Lots of diverse food places within 15 minutes. Just have to learn the 101 Loop, 17 and Black Canyon Hwy. Will stay here no matter where I'm going in Phoenix.
We got a great deal on the rooms! The hotel provided all the amenities I wanted: fridge and microwave in the room, free wifi, air conditioning, complimentary breakfast, pool and hot tub. And all of that was at a fraction of the price of other hotels offering the same amenities. The room was just a little smaller: double beds, small pillows, no tub only a shower, and less square footage. But it never felt cramped and everything was clean. It was a fantastic deal and a comfortable stay.
Nice room, with a large restroom. Restroom had granite countertops. Was a bit more expensive than I would have liked to pay though.
Rooms are small but clean. Lots of highway noise. Heated pool was not, hot tub not working. Breakfast is adequate.
The hotel is great. Very nice, clean and comfortable. The only problem with this hotel was the 'front desk agent' Maria. When speaking with another agent who was extremely friendly and nice we were a little confused about a charge that we had due to a mistake made by the agent who checked us in. We were simply asking about how it was going to be fixed since it was not our mistake. Maria came out from the back with an attitude and a raised voice telling us that we still have to pay these charges even though they were not fully disclosed and she admitted it was the check in agent who made the mistake. We asked to speak with her manager/supervisor, she stated "He is not in today, I'm the the highest you're getting today." So I asked for a corporate number, 4 times, before she threw a card at me with nothing but the front desk number. This girl has absolutely no qualifications to be working in customer service and completely ruined our opinion of this hotel.
Friendly, helpful staff at this roadside motel. Not at all a scenic location but handy to I 17. Room was clean with frig & microwave. Small pool was well maintained. Decent breakfast included. Bed was pretty hard but overall a good bargain.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, and room service does a good job. Not in the greatest of areas, but decent enough for a short stay. It's a bit of a drive from anything restaurant/bar/grocery related, but there's an Aarco gas station right down the street for picking up quick items. Haven't tried the pool, but it looks nice, as does the washer and drier unit, and all other utilities as well. Overall a decent place to stay.
