our room was fresh and clean. bed was super comfy. staff very professional and friendly. i stayed there a few times this year. i loved it. no strong cleaners bothered our asthma. now they will go thru a renovation.darni like it just the way it is.

The employees were exceptionally nice. The room however, smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that it made me ill. The hotel was sold out so I couldn’t change rooms. I don’t understand how this could’ve gotten so bad from a prior guest and gone unnoticed, in a non smoking facility. They attempted to remediate the smell during my stay but it did not help.
The breakfast was not good, in fact, we skipped after the first day.response / report this review -

Great stay, everyone was nice, rooms were, clean and the hot breakfast was awesome I wasn't expecting a hot breakfast, bacon, eggs, waffles, yogurt, they always had coffee and tea and cookies at the reception desk as well as fruits, the pool area was clean and very nice they have grills and picnic tables by the parking lot. Great stay one of the best I had ever had.

It was a comfortable stay room was excellent the beds were great, got a great nights sleep 😊Very clean the breakfast was tops. hot/cold fruits/bagels toast / boiled eggs cereal coffee/juice
Just wonderful oh, and waffles / egg,cheese omelette.. couldn't have asked for better!!!!

I loved my week here!!! The front desk were nice the beds super comfy!!! The housekeepers were impeccable and not to mention free breakfast which was very convenient..oh and the lady who prepared the breakfast was on top of keeping the food fully stocked!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

I had a wonderful time. The room was impeccable. The front desk was great as I checked in. I loved the handicap room. No complaints. Really nice hotel. Easy to get to off the highway and very accomodating if you should require additional attention. I plan to return soon. They also have complimentary Otis Spunk Meyer Oatmeal Raisin cookies in the lobby and citrus water. :) Take a few for your sweet tooth.

Very clean place. The front end staff were very friendly when we checked in. The only issue that we had was no hot water one of the morings that we were there ,but that won't stop us from staying there next time we visit my daughter and son n law!

The Comfort Inn is a great hotel to stay in while you're in Goshen. The hotel has an amazing staff who are very helpful and the hotel has affordable prices for your stay.

We stayed at this Comfort Inn due to the Tornado power outage. The staff was very professional and accomodating. The room was emaculate and big. Their parking lot huge and clean. Even considering the circumstances our stay was like a mini vacation! THANK YOU!

My room had drug paraphernalia left behind from other tenants. The AC filters where filthy dirty. The AC barely worked. The entire hotel is dated. The pool was not opened on time.
Not worth the price they charge at all. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.
