Pros
The staff was helpful.
Cons
Bedding have stains.
You can hear the snores from next room.
No electric kettle.
The Free Breakfast is less than minimum and not fresh.
The vending machine sells expired stuff

Reasons why I would not rate this a 3*hotel.
1)Wasn't a pleasant experience. TV worked in the day, but majority of the channels said"contact the office "at night. The problem-office isn't staffed 24/7. So you'd be waking someone up to fix the TV. I've never stayed at a 3* Hotel that didn't have someone at the front desk 24/7.
2)A new guest doesn't arrive BEFORE 11pm. The doors are locked! The front desk is all dark and closed.
So what if your flight was delayed & you're exhausted?? What if, while driving, you ran into road construction, delays, traffic jams?
I was finally just over the border to my home state - I wanted to turn around and go back to the graciousness and attitude of what can we do to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.response / report this review -

For the price the room was nice It's a no frills place to spend the night. The room was clean there's a small pool and a basic breakfast Is available for you In the morning. Overall not bad I would stay there again.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Very clean and reasonably price. Close to everything we want to see and do. Visited before and will return.

Customer service was awesome. The location is just 10 or so minutes from lake Geneva, you pretty much are on one road in and out of downtown lake Geneva to get here. No real complaints about the room, you're not at the finest place but you have everything you need.

Very friendly and helpful staff.. continental breakfast and good wifi..bed was very comfortable and the rooms were very clean and we had fresh towels daily.. kids loved the pool and it was clean..we stayed a week and intend to stay whenever we visit Wisconsin in the future..

We called three hours before needing a place to stay. They were very accommodating with a rate better than most in the area. Room was very clean. Good bed, a bit firm for me, but that can be so subjective. Dated bed spread, but you probably don't stay here for the style. It's a well maintained, clean property run by good people. The pool here is small but looked well maintained. The breakfast was continental. Choices were cereal, muffins, Danishes, toast, apples, bananas, coffee juice, milk.

They would no longer rent out the room because we kept "stinking" it up. We took off our dirty boots before we came in and everything was fine until they wouldn't rent out the room anymore. When we walked in the room it didn't stink the last time we stayed. We wouldn't pay daily. My fiancée would try to get money so we'd have the room since we're homeless. So we'd go off and on and pay when we got there when we had the money and I think they got sick of us doing that. You don't want our business. That's fine. The room didn't stink. It was uncalled for.

Rooms are clean but like others have stated they could use some new furnature as this stuff looks old. The guy at the front desk was super helpful if i could rember his name i would mention it but i can't i travel all over for work and this is a great room for the price so i have no real complaints and I would happily stay here again. this place is nicer than the hotel I stayed in yesterday for over two hundred dollars and night
