Expensive and the food can't live up to it's fancy style and presentation. The chicken curry didn't taste freshly made, rather like warmed up from 2 days ago. Not what I expect from a ~$20 price tag.
I advise to go to a real Chinese, you end up saving money and probably also get better food.response / report this review -

The food wasn't any better than any other Chinese food restaurant with the exception of the tuna appetizer that was really good. The service or at least our server was pretty terrible, multiple drinks where empty and we could never find him. I know it wasn't just us either. A table on the other side of the restaurant had to get up and find someone to get their check. The price is pretty high for all that, and to make matters worse I was throwing up by the time we left, which was 2 and a half hours later because again the service was really slow

A hidden gem worth seeking! On the 6th floor of the Holiday Inn an oasis of Asian fusion awaits. Kenny out waiter was great ad the meal from start to finish was delightful. One at our table had the chefs seafood sampler and it was A+. Mouthwatering scallops, shrimp and fish prepared to perfection. I had a house special petite surf and turf w 5oz filet and about 3 oz main lobster w a house Asian salad. All were delicious. Six years in a row Golden Spoon award winning restaurant.

My husband and I went there for our 8th anniversary on 11/17/17. It was AMAZING. Food was delicious, sangrias were filled with fresh fruit and the manager heard it was our anniversary, offered us complementary desserts. We declined politely and thanked him, as we had to get to our next destination. Very sexy/romantic atmosphere. Staff was awesome too. I highly recommend everyone visit.

Delicious food and a really unique dining experience. Had great service and loved the ambience. Ocala is pretty slim in the "fine dining" department, I was happy to give Sky Fusion a try.

Had dinner at Sky tonight with a couple of my friends. The food was fantastic. I will definitely return. Our waiter was Kenny - very attentive.

Claims of "award winning". The awards I saw were local awards. Big fish, little pond. Bar lighting would look better if they cleaned it. Bar chairs not comfortable $52 steak on the menu.

This Restaurant deserves more than 5 stars! The look and ambiance is relaxing and upscale. The food is Amazing! The staff is top-notch. Definitely somewhere i will return again and again!

Looking for a great steak?, a steak that is juicy, tender, thick, worth the wait ,and your hard earned. Well you won't find it at Sky. Waited for approximately 45 minutes, they finally got our food to us. The ribeye was pathetic, the thinnest I've ever seen, I couldn't even taste the meat for all the sauce that should've been on the side. I told the waiter and he said that he would let the chef know.chef came to the table ( while I was away from the table) said he would return?????? Never did!! Waffle House has got a better steak for a lot less money and you can talk to the chef all day long!!

Kenny was an awesome server, the calamari was the best I've ever had. Food came out hot and cooked to perfection. Definitely will be back. Great atmosphere.

Beautiful upscale restaurant with amateur chefs. Their fusion does not taste NOR resemble anything you've had before. I'm an adventure diner and like great variety of food but somebody is off their meds running this kitchen.

Stumbled upon these guys on Grand Ave yesterday. Had the Chicken Pad Thai and honestly it was the best Pad Thai I've ever had. Solid portion size, just the right amount of spices. It was perfection. Planning on taking a trip out to venture further through their menu.
