Arrived bright and early for some maintenance and oil change. Staff were so friendly, even at 7am! Very welcoming environment while the little one and I waited. Great service, they even do a wash and vacuum, car is running great, price and service was top notch. This is our new maintenance spot!

Took my Acura in for scheduled service. What a pleasant experience! Everything from initial greeting to final check-out was first class. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with food and beverages. My service was completed on schedule and all of the work, including the wash and interior cleaning, exceeded expectations.

The best car buying experience we have ever had. Friendly and caring staff and very interested in taking care of our wants and needs. Jenkins Mazda came highly recommended to us and we're so glad we followed their recommendation.

Mike our service guy is excellent. He carefully documented our issues and with the help of the technician advised us of options/cost/timeline. He provided us with a loaner and our vehicle was fixed sooner than anticipated as parts arrived quickly and also thanks to the skill of the technician. All this was performed before hurriance Irma rolled in. The service team is capable, friendly and beats expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I was totally satisfied with the service and the wait. While waiting I was impressed with the facility. It was comfortable and clean with beverages including starbucks coffee. The service was great. The complimentary car wash was spot on!.

Relaxing as always and receiving a nice clean SUV to be able to enjoy on the ride back home. Also, knowing that I have a maintenance team at Acura to make sure I am safe in my SUV.

Great service, received car on time, delivered at the time promised. Mike, the service advisor was great, I saved $45 from the web site coupon specials. Even was offered a loaner when additional services were requested even though it would only be an extra hour.
Plus you get Starbucks coffee, donuts, bagels, and popcorn after 10:30.response / report this review -

I am a long time customer of Jenkins Acura. I purchased my first Acura TL in 2005 and maintained service through Jenkins Acura service department for NO other reason than Bobby Craft. And when I needed to purchase my next vehicle, there was no doubt I was headed back to Jenkins Acura for another Acura. The sales team was great! John, Sonny, Jason, and Steven took care of everything and I didn't feel like I got raked over the coals (haha!). I have and will continue to refer friends and family to Jenkins Acura and I will continue to have my service maintained by Bobby Craft, Pete, and Jeff. Thank you Jenkins Acura for making me feel secure with my vehicles so my time and energy is focused on what's really important in life- family.

Sales guy was informative and not pushy at all the manager was awesome and Charle ( the finance guy) were all awesome!!! I can't say enough good things about this place. The atmosphere is great the staff is wonderful and they make you feel at home. they put up with all my questions and did it with a smile gave us advice and helped get us into exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted!!! Thanks guys
