Tom's sister Deb flew in from California to celebrate Tom's 75th birthday with us. After picking here up at the airport we had dinner at The Miller Ale House. Our food was very good, our sever was accommodating and friendly.
Our only complaint was that the music was a wee bit too loudwhich made it hard to converse at a comfortable level.response / report this review -

Great food, nice sports bar. Many tv's that have different selection of shows. Sit at the bar, they are very friendly and will get you conversing with other patrons if you are social. Mountain Melt is where it's at! Cheesy bacon fries and zingers piled on top. :) 5/5.

Kind of hit or miss. Sometimes takes the kitchen two tries to not leave things in the oven to melt cheese too long or overcook a steak. Usually after a dish gets sent back it comes out correct the second time.

This place is the embodiment of the word "okay". Everything about it was simply just okay. The food wasn't anything to write home about, the prices were the same as the competition and the service wasn't memorable. The only plus is being open late.

Very friendly and attentive staff didn't make up for poorly prepared food.
Shrimp that was undercooked - still semi-translucent, not firm and white as it should be, fish that was bland and flavorless, fried clams that were overcooked and tasted of burned oil, and fried scallops that were little balls of mush That's the seafood platter.
The staff was gracious and wanted very badly to take care of the issue, but the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth Literally.response / report this review -

Food is awesome. We had a hostess that acted as our waitress. Her name is Danna and she was AMAZING. Our waitress that we had was not very attentive but the hostess made sure our food was right, and she even kept our drinks full. Danna is definitely a great person and I look forward to seeing her again.

We always enjoy our meals there and the great service. They all are very friendly and make you feel at home. We highly reccomend this restaurant. Wish we had one around The Villages.

If you want your food fast and everything correct, I recommend ordering at the bar area always. You order in the dining room area of the restaurant good luck. I have a friend of mine that is employed their now in management. I'm hoping she can turn that place around in any way possible. Servers always seem to be slacking and always forget simple things like silverware and extra plates. They are always MIA and you have to hunt them down. On more than one occasion have charged me for sodas I didn't even purchase. It's almost a standing joke now with me and my friends. They always take it off but, still, its ridiculous. Most times, if I'm in a booth dropping by to see friends I'm simply drinking a water with lemon, and at times they forget the Lemon even. Sometimes, when I show up to see my friends there, I have to ask my friends who is the server and where is she/he after sitting and waiting 10 minutes or more for a server to ask me if I'd like anything. The other joke is a long time waitress here that avoids my friends completely. She sees them coming and she'll never wait on them. Well, the feelings mutual cause they don't want her anywhere near her table and neither do i. They get a 1 star out of 5 stars. You're welcome

The food and atmosphere were great, which is normal for a Miller's Ale House. I was however a little agitated at the length of time it took for a server to actually come over and get our drink order. Once she came and got our order though she was quite attentive to our needs and the rest of the meal went without a hitch. If you like Miller's Ale House in general then you will like this Miller's Ale House.

Went to this restaurant for the first time today, with a group of about 35 women. The service was great and the food was fantastic. The best fish and chips I have ever had, anywhere, anytime. I heard others commenting that they liked their choices as well. Lots of food for the price. Very happy.

First time here! Kind and helpful staff.
We ordered:
Fried Calamari 5/5 ~ so good! I love that they melt parmesan cheese on top. We requested sweet chili sauce to be on the side. Cooked to perfection.
