Some incredible animals live here.
We have been on the road 11 months. This is a favorite spot. Swamp living ! Nice people that leave you a alone. Not full hook up as water table still to high after IRMA!
Great place. Took the pole boat tour. The guide was very knowledgeable, and got us up close to the wildlife.
I’ll brake for anything Bigfoot related, so this was a must stop! The shop itself was pretty cool, but the best part was the the animals in the back. They let you hold snakes and baby alligators and play with a bird. There is also a really neat Bigfoot statue out front, as well as a huge Florida Panther. Make sure to ask the man in the shop about his encounter with a Skunk Ape! Definitely stop! It’s a fun time!
I love the snakes and birds they have its an amazing place
One of many funky roadside tourist attractions. Not over the top but a neat out of the way place to see and hold a live alligator. I have been there twice and both time it has put a smile on my face.
Have visited here a few times, Rick is great and very knowledgeable about the local wildlife. My kids love holding the snakes and gators. It is a must visit for us everytime we visit the Everglades.
Really fun place. Went there for the first time today and the staff was great. Rick showed me and my boyfriend around and let us touch Goldie the python and hold a cockatoo. He was very knowledgeable about the animals. I will be back soon!
Tourist trap and gift shop that does nothing but embrass the true bigfoot community. But hey they have a petting zoo attached which would be special except every shop along US 41 has the same. But I was able to buy a hat and T-shirt to help the scam continue. Just a hugh let down of a long bucket list item. I recommend you go there because you are there and not because it is there. The staff was great but I learned more on a Nationial Geographic 30 minute episode of Unknown. I recommend staying home and watching a "Finding Bigfoot" rerun and ordering a hat and shirt online. Sorry I know a man has got to eat but really??
Awesome place. It is worth the stop and pay the entry fee to see all the animals. Ricky loves his jobs and knows a lot of information about the animals.
