  The unit we rented was very outdated & we were requested to show the property for sale while on vacation. We were not there to sell the vacation unit. Very limited kitchen items, only 2 dinner forks, and few cooking pots/pans, lacked basic cooking items.The dryer was thick with rusty filter & lint all inside the door section, did not dry adequately. The dryer exhaust hose was not vented to the exterior of building and caused a lot of heat & moisture & dust inside. The washer was very loud. Old refrigerator, needs a new one with icemaker & icewater. Linens thin, need new sheets, pillows, mattress covers, White towels & wash cloths, kitchen towels. Add lamps to family room, poor lighting, new drapes, dust ruffles & coverlets. Everything seemed Dated & old, very worn looking. Chairs & tent or umbrella for beach would be helpful as well. (Umbrellas were broken) Overpriced. Our family rented 2 other units which were very nice with many extras, & we spent most of our meal times there, quite a difference in the stripped down unit for which we paid premium price.

  I have been renting vacation homes from Marco Island Rental Properties for over 20 years now. The properties are always stellar and Maria and the staff are awesome to deal with.

  We have been renting a condo from Marco Island Rental Properties for the past 8 years and will do so again in 2018, The service has been great. Whenever a minor problem popped up, like the ice maker stopped making ice, they had a repair man there to fix it the next morning. The staff has always been efficient and friendly. They are always trying to make sure your rental experience is pleasant.
