Great family fun and not for the faint of heart. The speed through the narrow channels is exhilarating! Captain James was awesome! Gators, Dolphins, birds, racoons Friendly racoons;) worth it.

If youre looking to sightsee a bit and at the same time have a LOT OF FUN this is the best spot. Alligators all over, catfiah jumping like crazy when fed and the speed of the airboat through the channels is awesome. You get an adrenaline rush as soon as you get past the bridge and get into the first channel.

As a tour its great. But since I have to post my personal experince, here goes
I went in by mistake as Captain jacks was just beside it and gave them a coupon I had for Captain jacks. Unethically they did not inform me of my mistake and just went ahead and gave me the tickets while i was under the impression that I am at captain jacks.
I am 6 months pregnant and have a 10 month old baby and they assured me its safe for both of us. They did not warn me of the loud noise and the speed and bumps.
It started slow but within 10 mins the guide was doing sp many stunts that I was almost about to faint. My baby was screaming and crying and red faced and I requested him to go slow. He slowed for a min and resumed on his stunts. And then kept looked somewhere else as if he couldnt hear me. This was my worst experience ever. Thankfully I am safe but I could have ended with god forbid something bad happening to my baby.

We had a great time! The guide was very friendly and talkative, he brought the gators closer to the boat with food for pictures. The speed and turns were great, be prepared to get misted with water during the turns.

Great fun. We have taken package number 2 which included one hour tour and race through the Mangrove Tunnels. Fun for adulds and kids, water splashing, gators and other animals in the water and on trees. This tour included also Boardwalk & Live Alligator Show - we could hold the 3 yaer old gator in hands.
Lots of bugs and insects in here so take care of it.

Mike was our Captain. He was very friendly and stopped to explain things along the way. It was sooooooooo much fun! We took tour number 2 through the mangrove tunnels and it was absolutely beautiful!
We made a stop were there was an alligator and we got plenty of photos. Mike fed some racoons and I think they would have been happy to hop right in the boat!
Mike took us out into open water and wipped the boat around several times. You got a light mist and It was so fun!
We had our 7 year old with us and he had the time of his life!
He was laughing and enjoying every minute!
After the boat ride, we went over to see the alligators after going on the board walk.
My 7 year old held one and thought it was so cool! The guy showing them was knowledgeable and I think they are legitimately his pets!!
    All and all, great experience!
We made an hour and a half drive to go and it was worth it.
Great people, beautiful tour, awesome family fun.
    I recommend for sure!

My 7 yearold son would like to add:
The best part was the alligator chasing the boat.
    ********
(The alligator was swimming towards the boat while we were stopped, it did not chase us :-D )

No commentary on board, nothing. No one told about the earmuffs hidden beneath the seats. Nothing gator related included. Captain didn't warn about intentionally splashing water on board (Nice surprise when everyone had there phones/cameras out) If you are up to spending +50$ to see a couple of tame racoons then this is your spot. Otherwise spare the money and especially time!

Fun experience. Only saw one animal the entire time (an osprey). Boats are very loud - some type of muffler would probably improve the experience and maybe make it more likely to see wildlife. They run out of area so you end up looping back and seeing the same thing over again - probably better to take the shorter tour.

Nice people, however the ride took us through the same area over and over again just burning up time. Seen very little wildlife. We have been on other air boat tours where we seen much more and were far more exciting, and the same price. Again, very nice people, but would not recommend their tour. Ours was the one hour tour on highway 41
