I did not have a good experience with Ski Butlers. They were 3 hours late to my scheduled appointment and never called to explain that they would be late. We altered our plans to ensure we were available during the scheduled time so this was an inconvenience having to wait around for them to eventually show up. Once they did show up the equipment they provided for my kids did not fit and I had to rent from another company the following day. The only good thing I have to say is that they did refund my money in a timely fashion. I would look elsewhere for your ski rentals. There are a couple other companies that deliver if that's what you're looking for.

I was a little skeptical about the idea of a company coming to me with ski equipment. I had trouble with my boots the first day and they met me on the slope with a different pair and again at lunch when I was still struggling to enjoy the fit. In the end it was the best fitting boots I have ever had through ski rentals and the employees were very knowledgeable, especially Bobby. Thanks!

I used ski butlers for my vacation this month 12/16. They provided fast and friendly service. Why wait in lines when they come to your room on your schedule! You cant beat the prices they offer, I researched all the company's in keystone. I highly recommend them!

Brought multiple pairs of ski boots for everyone to try on. Very nice and offfered to take skis to slope for us.

These guys are great. Amazing service. They came to the base within an hour of my call to switch out my boots to better fit. This was during xmas week also, their busiest time.
