  Very bad service. Took to long to have our order taken. Then took to long to get our food. Not everyone got there food at same time and a few of the meals came out cold. The only positive was the matza ball soup was good. Not sure if I'm ever going back

  HUGE corned beef sandwiches! Worth checking the Daily Specials. A local favorite for over 30 years. Well stocked bar, too.

  Good tip from "Good Day Cleveland". From what we viewed on the TV program and our own experience, Simon's is dishing up some fine food. High marks for their Matzo ball soup and French Onion soup which were seasoned very wellRoast and Corned Beef selections were very tender. Colel slaw is nicely shredded and dressed (Pleased to see that they drain the dressing before serving so the flavor is present but not the sloppiness of the dressing). Also really like the Potato pancakes that are used with the Corned Beef selection, making it a well constructed sandwich that doesn't fall apart. Even the pickle was extraordinary: crisp not mushy.
  We will be interested in making another trip very soon to sample the rest. Hoping their ribs are great too.

  Ordered the Philadelphia. Best pastrami in the city. It's not just corned beef with black pepper. Its its own beautiful beef beast.
