We went to Silver Fox on Oct 31, my birthday. Our server was Sean. We couldn't have ask for anyone more efficient. The appetizer, calamari was wonderful, and one easily shared unless you are extremely hungry. We also ordered the dinner for two. Steaks were cooked to our liking. Overall it was a restaurant we would definitely return to!

Totally enjoyed an Awesome anniversary dinner. Tenderloin was cooked to perfection. Preston did an excellent job serving us. My wife loved her salmon. Highly recommended giving Silver Fox an opportunity to serve you. Not cheap but great food and service!

The Silver Fox has some of the best steaks you'll ever eat period! Very high quality cuts, excellent preparation and cooked exactly as ordered with a person coming to the table to personally verify your satisfaction with the preparation by you center cutting the steak in their presence to verify it. This is a special person from the back and not your waiter or waitress, which let's you know this is definitely a place who cares about your personal satisfaction with your steak and that you are in a finer dining establishment! Their lobster is some of the finest tasting lobster I've had in Fort Worth. Which also shows their just as serious about their seafood as they are about their steaks! After your first visit enjoying their appetizers, salads, steaks, seafoods, vegetables, desserts, drinks and service you'll realize this will soon become one of your favorite fine dining establishments in the city of Fort Worth! My wife and I frequently dine at Grace, Capitol Grill, DelFriscos and Eddie V's. The Silver Fox was a very pleasant surprise away from the hassle of finer downtown area dining. Since The Keg closed in City View nothing decent was left above the chain steakhouses which carry the standard chain type steak quality cuts and if you can't taste the difference from a fine dining prepared steak from high end cattle and a chain steakhouse steak from average cattle then save your money and just eat fast food!
Otherwise prepare your palate for the baseball 10 oz fillet mignon or one of their other excellent cuts, like their fabulous bone in ribeye that puts most other bone in ribeyes to utter shame. Any steak from the Silver Fox will instantly let you know that yes chain steakhouses are the fast food dining establishments for steaks!
Located on University Dr. across the street from the old 1849 village on the left before crossing the Trinity River bridge heading toward the Fort Worth Zoo/TCU. My wife and I are so happy that we no longer have to travel downtown anymore to experience finer dining. What a find the Silver Fox Steakhouse was for us! Food was OK but not worth the premium price. Service was pretty bad. We had a party of 8 and it wasn't very crowded but had to ask repeatedly for a wine refills.

Service was great. My steak was absolutely perfect. The only issues we had were that the lobster bisque was a bit over salted, and the salads were over dressed. But I could live on that fried calamari. Yum!

Wow! I took my wife here for her birthday. I could not have chose a better place. Silver Fox has the best steak I have ever had, and I've been to a lot of steak house's. The staff was super friendly the timing was perfect and again the steak and sides were on point. It is on the higher end of the pricing scale but worth every penny. I recommend this place to everyone.

No real complaints. The food and service were both good. It just does little to stand out against other high end steak houses. It's just a very generic high end steakhouse. Not bad by any means though.
