Over the last 40 years we have bought at least a dozen cars and have always been happy. The salesman , Dan, has helped us with about 8 of those vehicles and has given us the best deal.

Took car in with a scheduled appointment for a recall and was told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours,was asked if my daughter was waiting said no and was told they would call when done then.At 5 had heard nothing so we called and were now told they needed the car overnight she asked about a loaner they told her to come get one.Got there and clerk asked her how old she was and she said 22 and he said he could not giver her a car unless she was 23,asked for car back and found they did absolutely nothing.The only person we came into contact with that was pleasant was the man that drove her car out to her.Never seen anything like it.Worst customer service ever.

Dropping my car for a 45 minute service. I couldn't wait so they gladly housed my car for the night.

Took my chrysler 300 for head light fogging up. First to make a appointment took forever because service wouldn't answer then they said they were booked it would take a week to get in then they fixed it next day it's fogged again took another 4 days to get in and they said oh it's supposed to do that lie. And the chrysler guy there is rude and does not listen to u soo busy he says whatever. Go to Brookfield in benton harbor good work ethic there.

Don't bother. The salespeople are not willing to work with you. It seems like they feel that they can treat people however they choose because they are the only Ford dealership in the area. Go somewhere else and avoid the terrible service.

Great customer service. I didn't end up buying a car here but the salesman, Dan, was really nice. Would definitely check out their selection again if I was in the market for a new car.
