Waited 15 minutes just to pick up contacts only 1 preson working and when i got helped it less than a minute to get them and out the door shouldnt have to wait that long to just pick up contacts that was already payed for there should be more than 1 person working

Waited and waited 45 minutes after my appt time, and after 2 seperate occasions I have decided to go elsewhere. Ridiculous. I am expected to show up on time, why are the doctors not having the same responsibility?! Going to Muskegon.

Doctors are ok, but optometrists are terrible. I requested a contact prescription check for my daughter during an ophthalmology check for a different issue. Her current/old Sph number was -2.50, and they somehow wrote her a new prescription for -4.25 ! The trial pair of -4.25's gave her a nasty headache (this was Friday afternoon).
Since she had to be back to college on Monday, and Shoreline is closed on Saturdays, we had to make a rush appointment at Sam's Club, where she got a more reasonable contact prescription of Sph -3.0, with no headaches. Thank you Sam's Club, and shame on Shoreline Vision for insisting to still charge us for the useless contact prescription. I called and argued twice to no avail and will not go back there again.response / report this review
