  Great customer service!! Happy family came away with three pairs of sunglasses - Costa, RayBan and Oakley (great selection to choose from)

  Very disappointed in this store. As a high-end customer who purchase high end Oakleys regularly, Jill indicated I could exchange a brand new pair for a different pair. She lied on the phone. In person it was a pressure thing to keep the sale (in front of other customers). Sad. I won't shop there again and recommend others to order Oakleys online - they don't honor things they commit to on the phone. Retailers like that will be replaced over time. Unfortunate. I was about to spend $1000 in clothes and told Bob I had time to shop, but they wanted the $243 sale instead. Avoid this store!

  Very positive experience. Owner with ease, special ordered me a board they didn't carry in stock. Service that only comes at local small town shops. Much appreciated.

  What can be said that hasn't been said already below.
  Bob and Jill are the consummate retailers with vast experience.
  I haven't been in the shop for many years but I've no doubt they're holdin' it down with their own brand of style and cool. When you do go there be sure to bring your sense of humor. I can't wait to visit soon.

  I wish I could give them 100 stars. Buffalo Bobs blows any store I have ever shopped at out of the water in EVERY aspect. Bob and Jill are extremely kind and helpful when shopping! If you're looking for top notch service, deals and most importantly, style --- this is the place!! Hats off to them!!!

  I really like this store - great clothes and accessories, but the most important part is wonderful customer service. The reason to shop here is big time fashion with service that is above and beyond for any repairs or in the very rare event their is an issue with a purchase. The owners take care of you and make sure you leave happy and that you are valued. Not many stores out there like this one anymore
