Very clean well laid out store. I pickup up some clearance outdoor furniture. Got a great deal. Staff was very helpful getting the items to my car. There was a small mix up with the tables. I was told this and understood I said no problem. Someone from store management gave me a 10 dollar gift card for the mix up. I told him he did not have to but he said just take it. I said thank you. Great costumer service. I was not able to get the name of the man who helped me but thank you.

Organized store. Way overpriced for what it is. Sale prices are close to the actual regular price of the product. Nice staff.

Wont be returning. Went in to buy a litter box (wal mart was out). Found the only half-decent one on one of the ~6 highly disorganized "clearance" rack. Went to cashier and turns out, it had no UPC code. Associate attempted to locate this, but failed after about 20 minutes. Would NOT let me buy the bottom piece anyways. Was very rude about it. Plus its so expensive

Ver pleased with my visit to Shopko today. I found exactly what I needed. Towels perfect color and on sale and on top of that they had a coupon for 15.00 dollars of my purchase. Happy shopper. :)

Older man stocking shelves was rude I told him to stop talking to me rude and he just kept right on following me and talking into me I didn't appreciate that at all at least your cashier Hispanic boy was very accommodating

Stood in line patiently waiting while a clerk stood at a register next to me - apparently pretending it was not open - until some woman who never waited at all was waved over to get checked out. Won't go back to THAT pmave ever again!

Absolutely Horrible service in Eye care!!! I was literally verbally attacked by 4 different employees for saying I wasn't given any solution or contact case! One lady who I wasn't talking to in the first place felt it was necessary to answer me so loud that everyone in that department was looking. When I say"Oh, you guys don't do that anymore?" I got a rude chuckle doing no we haven't done that in years! When guess what lady, I haven't been here for years so I didn't know that! One simple question got such a horrible reaction from people who are in customer service! People are incredibly vulnerable when they can't see and trusting your staff to act appropriate and they seriously didn't care! Oh and then the lady played the kill em with kindness(fiy, only works when the customer is out of line, I've been in customer service for 10yrs & Id admit if I was outta pocket, it happens but not the case here) 😂 sends me off with the most condescending"have a fantastic day" had me laughing at this pathetic excuse for a business all the way to the car!!! No wonder no one shops here! I shoulda listens to all the other bad reviews

I often go here. The store is clean and employees are helpful. Items are often cheaper than at Walmart and I'm supporting a local business (Shopko is based out of Green Bay). Highly recommend.
