I have not spent one full night here yet, and I already have come into quite a few small problems. The tub drains no matter what I do, and cannot hold water for very long. Internet is pretty bad, the connection is all over the place in this tiny condo. Dishes were left in the dishwasher, floors were a bit dusty, scuffs all over the walls, chipped paint, furniture has some stains in it, the TVs are poor quality and we cannot quite figure out how to even make channels change (a guide would be helpful.) the nightstand in the guest bedroom is broken. Last time I checked, I am a paying guest- not a child made to do chores and clean up after someone else. The bare minimum was done cleaning wise, and that is unacceptable. And the walls are so thin, noise is a huge issue.

BUT, this place is so home like. It evokes a nice beachy feeling, and it is relaxing. Many cooking tools are provided, I love that! Almost anything you would need tool wise is there. Even olive oil! That was a nice touch. The security features are comforting, and I love the elevator lifts being in such a handy location. Speaking of location, this is near perfect! So close to the beach, and somewhat near shopping. The private beach entrance is wonderful! This place could EASILY be a 5 star beach condo, if they took the time to pay attention to more small details. I would stay here again, and I'm sure the small problems I have can be easily fixed. I will be contacting the office tomorrow to try and resolve the technology problems, and I will mention the condition we received our condo in.

My family rents a condo here yearly through Real Escapes and we always have a good time. 90% of vacation is what you make it, and we make sure to have plenty of fun. Some of the rooms are dated, but all amenities and appliances are up to date. Each room has a nice balcony, some of which don't have great views. The pool is rather small and usually swarming with kids in the summer time. Nice board walk to the beach with a combination gate for added security. Designated pet area for those bringing their furry family members, grills, volleyball area, etc. Very family friendly.

The location is great. The person in the office was extremely friendly. The condo I was in, 117, was clean, but it had a horrible musty smell that was unbearable. I had to leave a day early because of it. Also, the people upstairs were up at 5:30 AM, stomping around. One should not be able to hear the upstairs occupants, but I did. The same people were playing country music at 3:00 AM the following morning. Thin walls/floors made this so.

If not for the noise and smell, this would have been a great place.
