We ordered some small plates while visiting since it was in between lunch and dinner. Good food and really nice service. The outdoor patio was a nice place to sit weather permitted.

My family had a great experience here! Our server was fantastic and was more than accommodating when I had to change my order.

The salads are amazing and unique. I had the wedge salad and my sister had the Caesar salad which was presented similarly to the wedge salad which I thought was really cool!

For my entree I had the linguini, very good! The molten chocolate cake also impressed me a lot. Even though it was a lot of chocolate it had a good amount of cherry flavor. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately the only thing that was good was the crab cakes. My shrimp and grits ONLY came with five shrimp! Farm raised shrimp that is!(i know the difference) for $18?? My boyfriend had the crab cake plate. Rice was under cooked and green beans were not seasoned. Lastly the Server was horrible. It was around 4 p.m. with minimum people and he failed to follow specific order instructions and didn't check back on us until it was time to bring the check. Once my boyfriend and I walked outside we looked at eachother and wished we chose the pizza parlor across the street. The customers there seem to be enjoying every slice😕

Perfect experience with my husband and 2 pre-teen children. We wanted to give them an experience for their birthday and because they love steaks so much. This may become a yearly tradition. Expensive but we'll worth it! **2nd best steak in GA!

I'm a new resident and my fiance brought me here for my first #bday in savannah VERY special. Crab cakes, bread pudding, and honey bees (probably the best drink ever!) -- it was a the PERFECT evening. Nice ambiance, excellent food, and the best service / server ever as well -- ugh I wish I knew his name. But overall, I felt like our experience was very important to him. Technically the place closes at 10 but as long as you get your order in by then, you will be served. And I never felt rushed at any moment. Honestly I highly recommend this place. The fiance one major points with this one!

I ordered the specials, tomatoe bisque and local trout. The food was delicious and our server was very nice and attentive. I would have given this 5 stars except my soup out Luke warm, which was addressed as soon as out server was told about it.

Staff was happy and attentive. Cesar salad was plated beautifully and was delicious. Highly recommend the fried green tomatos. She-crab soup was over salted and had a gelatin texture.

Great place, great location, great food presentation. The food was very bland. Zero flavor with BBQ spice salmon (I had to put salt on it), flavorless mac & cheese. Brussel sprouts were good. Best part of my meal was the Kale salad. It was about the same if not worse for the others in my party. Our server was very professional but not personable at all. We would have spent a lot more money if he had been more attentive on our drink orders and more engaging when we asked questions. We will take the "L" on this one and I don't see us returning.

Hard to beat a beautiful, breezy, sunny afternoon on a covered patio with good eats and an iced tea. While the owner was jovial and friendly, the hosts weren't as welcoming and accommodating. Waiter was pleasant and attentive. Food was good but a bit pricey for what it was, and serving sizes were modest. Beautiful building maintaining its historic charm. Overall good experience. Enjoyed people watching while dining.

I came back for the shrimp and grits and second time around they were even better than I remembered! Creamy grits, delicious fresh shrimp topped with fried leeks what's not to like! Other recommended dishes include fried chicken livers, pork shank, and a butternut squash and mushroom pasta special. Small but eclectic wine list and very comfortable space.

Aged steak and sides done right. The food was pricey but you got what you paid for entirely. The wine pairing suggestion was spot on as well. The service was great and even though we came when they were packed our glasses were always full. Very pleased with the quality of cook and service.

I proposed to my wife here (it was a little over 3 years ago and forgot to write a review until reviewing another place) and they were AMAZING! I called about a week prior to make sure they wouldn't object. I went there earlier in the day and spoke with one of the managers (I hate I can't remember her name) and she really helped make it special. They made the event memorable and everything went smooth.

Despite being fairly nervous, I still enjoyed the food as it was phenomenal, desserts were amazing, staff was great! We even went back on our 1 year anniversary and it was great as well. When I made reservations, the manger remembered us and staff took great care of us. I always tell family/friends when they are in Savannah to stop by and I will always support Belford's when I am in Savannah! Thank you everyone that helped make everything extra special!
