Having a nice meal with friends and they have always been there for me during tough times and even though we bump heads sometimes it's never for very long and it's very genuine it's just how we like things to be and we try to improve on things we mess up on best friends and that's what they're for we love you XOXO Jojo

The room was A-plus. Clean, spacious, comfortable. It was the service that wasn't up to par. I stayed in this hotel for a whole week in early December. I was in room 103. Two doors from the office. Never was I informed that I left my drivers license in the office. A week after returning to KY. I missed my licence, called the hotel and was told yes it was there. I asked if they could mail it to me. I was told. They didn't know because of the expense. I had someone pick up the licence, put it in an envelope, stick a stamp on it and mail it to me. The hotel couldn't do this? I kept prolonging my stay every two days. They couldn't tell me, I'd left my licence. I have stayed at this hotel for the past 30 years when I visit Augusta, maybe it's time for a change.

I was in town the week before the masters and I stayed at this motel. It was nice, but at $80 a night it wasn't cheap either. Met this smokin hot brown sugar, man did she taste so good!!! If you want to get away from it all for the weekend, this place will do!!! You can get pretty much anything you want by just stepping out your room door and looking ghetto fabulous!!! Sex, Drugs, And Rock N Roll!!!! Good times, any time you need em baby!!! Ain't we lucky we got em, GOOD TIMES!!!

Roaches, roaches, roaches. Towels had stains. Needs update and repairs. I asked to change rooms and was moved kind of quickly. Second room was better. Lots of noise at night.

Located on Broad str and 5th str Augusta GA it is a Budget Inn very budgeted in my opinion..

They have noisy people hanging outside the paper thin walls of your room at all hours of the night. Miserable.

I have no idea how this dump has 4.3 stars. It's dirty. There was a roach crawling on my nightstand. My non-smoking room wreaks of cigarette smoke - it made me sick. There is nothing around here. No onsite laundromat - and the nearest laundromat is 1.6 miles away. And, these guys never answer the phone. At 10:30am, they knocked on my door. When they couldn't hear me answer, because I try not to yell in a hotel, they unlocked and opened my door while I was getting dressed - as if the idea of calling my room never occurred to them.
My experience here was not pleasant. Certainly, not what I'd expected from the previous 117 reviews giving the place 4.3 stars. "Dated" and "dilapidated" are not synonyms.response / report this review -

Where do I start, the maid service is sub-Par at best. Dirty sheets, food left in rooms, bugs, and rooms have smell that is old and
The only thing missing were crack heads that with hotels of this status.

Clean-ish Sheets had stains. For the price it's what I expected, but for the amount of cleaning people I saw, they could do better.
