Went to have my oil changed, tires rotated, and new windshield wipers on a Friday evening (even had an appointment scheduled). Left when it was dark but found out that my tires were not rotated (and the air pressure wasn't even checked because I had to air them up the next day) and now have an oil leak in my truck that has never leaked. Took it back on a Sunday to have them do the work I paid for. Small amount of apologies, no partial refunds, nothing. Needless to say I will never be back again.

I've been a customer here for years and the service is always exceptional. The team is professional and courteous. They work with my schedule, provide an estimate before making any repairs and explain what's going on throughout the process. I'll definitely do business here for many more years!

Person came around with a coupon booklet for this place so we bought it and started going her do oil changes, etc. When we started going there the guy at the front desk seemed miffed that we had a coupon for free service. When they replaced the wiper blades on my wife's car, they replaced the whole arm as well and they were crappy blades. When we went back to Honda to get good blades, Honda had to charge us for the original arms because the ones we got from these people wouldn't fit the blades made for the car. We didn't even finish using the coupons that we bought. This place isn't that great. We won't be going back.

This is the worst place to take your car. Brought my wife's car for oil change, didn't put oil back in car. Started knocking of course they deny. Took my son's car for alignment, wasn't done right. Last time, my son took for oil change because it's close even though told him not to. They changed oil and said he needed $1,700 worth of work. That included tires, took to another shop received new Hancock tires and new arm on left side a view other things. Only $682.00, will not even look at that place if I broke down in front of it.

My father would always take his vehicles here growing up. I do most the work on my cars myself but if I do have to take my car anywhere this is the place to go!

One of the few places around KC that will give you expedient, honest, and reliable service. My family and I have been coming here for over a year and will not go anywhere else. Rodney is a professional who has helped us on multiple occasions. Give Shawnee Auto Center your business and you will not regret it. 5 STARS!

I've had my oil changed at Shawnee Auto Center a couple of times and they have never tried to needlessly upsell me like they do at Jiffy Lube. Based on that, I thought it would be a good place to get some brake work done. Dropped my car off overnight needing new pads and a new caliper and it was done by noon the next day. Talked to Ron, who gave me an honest and fair appraisal of what needed to be done. They got right to work and they were done by lunchtime. Excellent work, thank you!

I tried to save some money and do my own auto repair. Was halfway through the job, everything started going wrong due to old and seized parts, and I reached a point that I needed tools which I didn't possess. It was a Saturday, my usual shop was closed and I needed my car for the workweek and was in a bad spot. I called this shop and they completed my repair, with parts which I already bought, in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. They will now be my first choice in Shawnee!
