Most awesome place to go. Chill, not to loud. Nice patio area and the foods great. The employees make you feel at home, awesome guys. And Paul's piano skills are delightful.

The food here is unexpectedly superb. I'm eating wild caught salmon, perfectly cooked with a creative lemon sauce. Like, a decent presentation and friendly staff. Recommended.

For your bartender the longer the beard the better the beer. Paul can sing and English man James serves up good beer. Irish bars are always worth a few beerz. Love comedy night every Thursday. It's 3 comedians. Free. Been going 20+ years. Best night to go.

I've always loved this place. My cousin was visiting from out of state. I brought her and my roommates to Gallaghers. Upon entry my roommate was denied entry for answering a "wrong" response to being asked how is your night? He simply stated another story another night in a lively tone. He was not drunk at all. They denied him entry. We wanted my cousin to try the amazing Irish coffee and to check out the live reggae band. Couldn't go as a group. I've never had a problem here. I don't care if you're having a bad day. I was showing a tourist and a group of locals a good time and you ruined the experience. This was ridiculous. This was one of 2 spots I'd ever visit down town. This was Sunday 5/28 at 10pm. Check your security before they ruin your business.

A cool Irish bar that has cold beer. Have been in many times for a quick beer or shot before going out. They also have comedy from time to time.
