Please don't bring your family to this ER..This should be a place that's open 8-5 pm.I don't know if they are short staff or everyone called out.I really hope this facility does better in the future. God bless the residents of the city and surrounding cities that choose to come here.

Horrible experience, the one star is more than they deserve. Worst hospital ever! Waste of my time to seek medical help here. Luckily I didn't have a life or death issue as I probably would not be able to write how crappy they are if I did.

The nurses and docs take the time to listen and truly provide better care than lever facilities

My ER visit was efficient and fast. I felt well cared for and listened to. This hospital is small, matching the size of Live Oak but is still a Shands facility. The gentleman next to me was out and back for a catscan very quickly.
I'm very happy with the care I received.

It was clean. The staff was as follows, dr Cohen cold, nurse shelby kind, registar nice enough, henry sensible, funny. There was one nurse whom was just as cold as dr Cohen her name is nurse jane She was pissed from jump. I didnt smell, i keep a clean aura as well, this lady was just the dumps. Iknew i shouldnt go to live oak per "word of mouth" but i did for the sake of convience this particular day.

My twobyear old daughter and i came in for fever, cough, sore throat, and sinus pressure. I also had mentioned i might be pregnant . The nurses were wonderful. But the lady dr we had came into the room like she did not want to be there. Didnt ask me any questions just looked into my throat and walked out. Didnt even check my daughter. When she entered again with our prescriptions i reminded her i may be pregnant. She told me that was not an emergancy nor her problem. She had an attitude from the moment she first entered to the moment she was done with us. I refuse to ever go back.

I saw Dr. Dalton today in the emergency dept. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, courteous & He discussed my care, discussed medications to be given to me in the er, asked me if I felt well enough to go home (I have COPD) & he included me in choosing the prescriptions he wrote for me. All the nurses that took care of me we're most awesome, the tech involved in my care was great too. Registration lady was polite. The emergency dept was clean & tidy. My only complaint is the television in my room didn't have a signal. Great job everybody!!! ❤ Kelley
