Sometimes the simplest things are the hardest to get right. Perfect burger & excellent crinkle cut fries. #shacksauce!

This burgers are not only great but customer service is extremely excellent. It was my second time ordering a burger from this place ever.. So I ordered off the menu (can't remember which one) but they got the order wrongas I was telling them that I didn't want some toppings, the manager, who was on site with the staff the whole time, took the burger back and In time we realized that I was the one who got the order wrong, however, he said he still was going to give me the best burger with the toppings i preffered and some things he liked.. He was right! That was the best 🍔 burger ever had.. Not even on the menu tho
So I only come back to this place when I want Shake Shack even if it's once a year that I get it because they even get the sauces right on the burgers every time despite the busy crowd!!response / report this review -

I came here on a Sunday morning early in December. It was not crowded. I asked the friendly staff what they recommended and they said "at this time of day, chicken and waffles. I feel they made a good suggestion. I don't typically eat light meat but forgot to ask for dark meat. I was pleasantly surprised by my mistake. The meat was moist and the skin crunchy. The waffle was cooked well also. I could here the staff laughing while they worked which was also pleasant to be in a place we're the workers have a good time. Sunday morning was better because of this meal

A great outpost of Shake Shack. Sometimes you have to really fight to get a table, but usually it's easy to get a seat. In the summer the outdoor tables in the courtyarn nearby are a great option.

Great food as usual. However management needs to have a conversation with the hostess providing menus at the line she very abruptly single me and my son out for not "moving " forward in a timely fashion for her taste.. so would I go to shake shack again yes just not this location!.

Courteous staff, not a long wait for after-work (was there at 6:30ish).so food came out quickly and was great as always.

It was the best visit ever. The staffwas gr8 and courteous. The tables and floor were constantly cleaned. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Loved it. Will go back.

Great customer service, very clean (including the bathroom) and the ambience in it's self was great. But what really made my experience great was an employee by the name of Robin. She was working the door when I got there 1st and greeted my friends and I very well. We came back a few hours later for the restroom and she gave us FREE desserts! I mean honestly! Robin from shake shack in Dumbo, you are the best!

4.5 Stars: Good, (relatively) cheap burgers. They aren't huge, and a little greasy, but really tasty. The staff was helpful and patient with my confusion and despite the apparent chaos of the place, it was really quite easy and comfortable.
They have great vegetarian options for a burger place, and also they have beer.
It's hard to go wrong with burgers, beer, and shakes for a cheap family dinner.response / report this review -

One of the Better Shake Shacks in NYC; you don't have to wait like a hour to get a burger! The staff is friendly as well.
This one usually has seating - which is near impossible in most of their restaurant.

So I'm writing in because I had such a great experience at Shake Shack last night. Flawless customer service and great food to match.
I came in to pick up my order using my Shake shack app which I absolutely love! I ordered the "mud pie" shake but then realized that it's not an actual mud pie in a shake. It tastes like a really good Wendy's chocolate frosty however I'm not fan of chocolate.
I expressed that to the worker and she was pretty nice about it. She even told me she would make me this super cool shake. I got it within minutes and her supervisor came over to ask me if my order was okay.
I absolutely love this location. If I could give them 6 stars I would.response / report this review
