To clarify re the "They do not meet in this building anymore" review from 4 years ago : When we first started out we met for a while at the old "Gates of Heaven" synagogue, but we do not meet there currently. We haves space at First Unitarian's Frank Lloyd Wright building at 900 University Bay Drive.

Our family has belonged to Shaarei Shamayim for over 10 years and it’s been an amazing experience. From the very young to the very old, everybody is welcomed as an integral part of this diverse community. We have celebrated so many holidays and life cycle events as members of this joyful congregation.
